I'm order to post I had to check at least one star. But truth is they get ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!! So, I'm sitting in my own space getting a pedicure when along comes a nail tech who's client has been sitting next to me soaking her feet for about 15-20 minutes, waiting for her pedicure. All clients and technicians have face on. Technicians have plastic face guards on top of their masks. We also have a plastic shield in front of each chair separating client from technicians. That's all great to look at, except your nasty ass technician poured all the excess DIRTY water in her clients basin into mine approximately 4 or 5 full to the brim pails of dirty water. During this Pandemic and germs are at an all time high. So I'm not only in shock I'm grossed out and I'm almost speechless like I'm screaming Stop, Hey but of course they are taking in their native language and not paying any attention to me so I am attempting to get her attention but of course she can't hear me so I start yanking my feet back and I had my phone in my hand (of course) and I video taped it. However, the damage was already done in my mind because every splash of dirty nasty foot fungicide and some other shit had already splashed on my feet and legs and soaked my sweatpants. I was so disgusted my pedicure was done and I stopped at the front desk to talk to "Tammy". But, talked to her scheduler instead. I sent word to Tammy who was busy doing whatever she was doing. She told her employee she was sorry and would give me a 10% discount. I wasn't important. What happened to me didn't matter. My 80.00 is all that mattered to Tammy. So I went to Tammy's Nail and many of my friends said its a very outstanding place but I read SOMEONES really negative review and didn't want Jillian to do my nails but I didn't care because i also heard really nice reviews about her and I she did my nails. OMG when she was finished I absolutely LOVED them they were better than i would have gotten if I was in San Jose which I drive like 2 hours there to get my nails done. I'm going to now return there and ask for Jillian because she had a nice personality and was really cool to hang out with and did my nails perfectly how I wanted them, with no mistakes. If you go here I would recommend her and to go here really nice people and nice looking place. I honestly would give this place 6 stars if I could. Without a doubt great. Also I wouldn't listen to whoever that negative hater, because I can show you right now how gorgeous my nails are and won't listen to a random stranger who gave a false review. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. First, all they say about customer service is absolute lie. 2nd, all the sample they show you, they can't do it. My wife had her nail done and after she was done, she was bleeding from her nails and she was in pain up to this moment. She was publishing without giving her a mask or protection glasses. All the dust were going in her eyes and breathing it. All the gel he used for filling were still on her fingers. He was working fast and careless, only to be ready to help the next customer. (It is all about money, Zero customer service). Please save your self and your love one. read more

She was kind , friendly and very helpful. Did an AMAZING job. The pricing was clear . She couldn't find my original color but kept looking until she did. Love my experience here . 10/10. I was specifically looking for a salon that had a little kids chair because I was taking my almost 3 year old to get her nails done with me. Wonder nails consistently came up. Pictures online looked fine so we called to see if they could fit us in - they said yes. Showed up and I asked if they by any chance had time to do gel x nails for me rather than a basic gel mani. They hesitated, looking around - one woman offered acrylic I said no thank you I want gel x but if they can't do it I'll do a regular gel mani it's totally fine. They said they could do it and the woman who started doing my nails, basically in my OPINION, did not know what she was doing. I am making an assumption based on my experience and compared to my experiences at other salons - but it seemed like she was just learning gel x and almost as if I was her first customer she'd ever done it on. Here's why: - she cut my skin with the drill multiple times, multiple different nails - the shape and length is different with each nail and even more from hand to hand - on a couple of the nails, the size of the nail she put on was clearly the wrong size and went onto my skin rather than strictly being on my nail bed - I brought up these issues and after a couple times of me requesting she fix it, I realized this lady simply was not going to do a good job and I would be getting them fixed elsewhere. I was with my young daughter and was more infatuated with the experience my daughter was having for her first salon visit and paying attention to her, not to mention I didn't have the time to sit there and have this woman continue to fix mistake after mistake. - the first nail she cut for length, I told her that's too short a little longer and she still continued to cut it at that length. I was visibly annoyed but she continued to cut the rest of them and again - being with my young daughter is unfortunately not a time for me to extend the duration of our time there. If you have kids, you know. This visit wasn't about me this time. - I requested almost shaped, pointy / stiletto, but for some reason she cut the nails square (even tho the gel x nail was already pointed) and filed it down into the pointy almond shape. I have never had anyone else do it this way and given the final shape, clearly this is not the ideal way to do it. They are also all different lengths and different pointedness. My pinky nail she cut first is so terribly ugly and short. But again, I didn't have time to sit there and have her take it off and fix it. However I would have still expected a professional nail artist would offer so that I don't leave the salon with their work looking crazy. Multiple other staff looked at the nails after and tried to say how pretty they were and I'm just confused which leads me to believe I was an experiment for her as her first customer with gel x nails. My fingers all look different, I have cuts on multiple of them from her drill, and when she was done shaping before the polish I had to blatantly tell her to file one of them that was so visibly the wrong size for my nail bed which was crazy to me. Also, the woman who did my pedicure was better however my toes are also sore from her picking at them so much. I will say - my toes were looking crazy going in there but I feel it's their job to know when to stop picking on my cuticles. It hurts to walk now because my big toe is so damn sore. I'm sure the rest of the staff are better. But we will not be returning. Keep an eye on them if you're getting services here. You may have to step in and tell them what to do....

We were in the very last pedicure chair at the end of the salon with plenty of space, but I was told she was "in the way" and needed to sit elsewhere. When I asked how long her regular manicure would take, I was told "at least 45 minutes," followed by, "You can leave if you want to," in a very dismissive tone. At that point, my daughter was on the verge of tears, so we left. My daughter has gone through significant health challenges and, as a result, is much taller than many kids her age. She has struggled with comments about her size and was bullied because of it. During this interaction, I felt like the staff didn't believe she was actually 11 years old, and seeing adults laugh at her and treat her that way broke my heart. I even found myself pulling up her school records just to prove she was an 11-year-old starting 6th grade.
