Incompetent & condescending pharmacy staff on Saturday. Waited 25 minutes in a (slow moving) long line just to find out that the antibiotic wasn't in stock & they'll need to order for Monday (2 days later). I was confused because my doc confirmed with the pharmacist regarding stock availability when the doc phoned in the prescription about an hour ago. When I confronted the pharmacy staff, she was really defensive, rude & uncaring with no apologies whatsoever. The same staff then grabs the actual antibiotic from the shelf & yells in a snarky tone to come back in one hour & did confirmed the antibiotics was in fact in stock. I have since transferred all my family prescriptions to a locally owned independent pharmacy. read more

They don't have bike racks and the power hungry Tom Segura looking mf said no bikes in the store. Changing all of our prescriptions to CVS. Also the Walgreens app is completely flawed. Doesn't show meds that are ready and after pick up some meds show they are still ready for pick up. If you can find another store, I recommend switching away from this one. read more

She was very helpful. I was denied a flu shot and Covid free. The government prohibited a Covid shot and flu shots. Later I learned. It was a government rule that drugstores can not give COVID shots for seniors who belong to Kaiser. She spent a lot of time trying to help me even after the computer said no. read more

Had a really frustrating experience at this Walgreens. I'm currently sick, so I sent my cousin to pick up Theraflu for me. She's 25 years old, clearly an adult, and was told she couldn't buy it without showing ID. I understand policies exist, but this made no sense. Theraflu is an over-the-counter cold medicine, and the employee was rigid and unhelpful, with zero effort to explain the policy respectfully or offer an alternative. Instead of helping a sick customer get basic cold medicine, they turned it into an unnecessary hassle. Customer service matters, especially in situations like this. We've had major issues/rude staff with 2 other Walgreens (Hamilton/winchester location & Payne/saratoga location) about ready to give up on Walgreens all together we decided to give this location a final try. And omg the staff here were so friendly and helpful! we will forever becoming to this location for all of our future needs! I don't see why people are upsets with this place. This is a good place for a grab and go. I have gotten numerous items here and they all worked well for me. I get my medication here and the staff at the pharmacy is very nice. They work very professionally. The only trick is you must time your pick up very carefully otherwise you will be stuck waiting. Been there done that, I understand it is not pretty at all. I also get my flu shots here and it is a very quick process. Drawback: if you are getting medicines please plan accordingly because items cell out very quickly at this branch. I tried to get some allergy meds here and they are often gone when I am here. For some reason this branch has a very shoddy connection to the supply chain here. read more

One of the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Most commonly used medications are missing and low inventory on others. Most medicine shelves are empty. Same case with the pharmacy. Prescriptions are often delayed for common medicines. Come here if you want to get snacks or gum. The nearby Target has a better inventory. read more

María is ridiculously rude and lazy. Refused to look for an order that we placed online which was ready for pick up. She's super unprofessional and has absolutely NO sense of customer service. I work in customer service and she claimed that the system emails it automatically when the order is ready. Which makes no sense why it wasn't there. She didn't even look for it she just said they didn't have it. She told me to come back tomorrow morning to talk to her manager. Honestly she has no respect for people and was really rude to my dad and I had to go back and talk to her myself. Horrible look for the store to have someone so rude and unprofessional working there. UPDATE: we came in tonight and we picked up the picture. the employee who attended us was very kind and even said that she was the one who received the item the last day. the item had been there the WHOLE time, but Maria didn't want to look for it. i will be calling corporate because having someone like that working there is ridiculous! read more

Pharmacy hours is whenever the pharmacists decides to show up. Went there this morning at 10:15am. Pharmacy was closed. Hours of operation says they open at 10:00am. Not sure if the pharmacist knows that. Very very very unprofessional!!!!! read more

Unfortunately, I had to come back to update my previous review regarding the pharmacy here. For some reason, in recent times, the pharmacy service has degraded greatly. The wait time is long, and so is the phone call wait time. In addition, they closed the drive-thru pickup. I see many customers waiting and complaining; there is also an apparent shortage of staff shown by the sign on the door, stating they need to close early due to the staff shortage. I think the pharmacy management needs to get this back in order as the service level now is unacceptable. I am not sure if this will greatly drive customers away from this location, further making this business worse. I recommend management takes a good look at improving the wait time and staff availability of the pharmacy right away. read more

This Walgreens Pharmacy is not helpful at all. My mother is disabled and elderly and on a fixed income. I picked her up from the hospital and came to get her medicine. They first told me they can't bill her insurance because a different Walgreens already billed it. I complained. Then the pharmacist finally came over and helped take care of it. Then they said it was good and ready to go but they couldn't sell it it to me because the tag wasn't working. They can't figure it out but I can drive to a different 24 hour pharmacy about 30 mins away. This makes no sense. She began arguing and clearly had no care or remorse that my mother was sitting in my car in pain. I asked her to try again and this was unacceptable. I don't know what they are doing but she said fine and to sit down and wait. I'll Poor customer service and the pharmacy cashier cannot figure things out. Now I just figured it out. It's 9:13 and even though I got here at 8:45, they close at 9 and she doesn't want to be bothered. Finally just got the medication. Catalina...do better next time. read more

I try to be patient. I know pharmacy staff are in a shortage. So when I submit my prescription and it takes extra long ok. But oh my God, how hard is it to hand.out pills to people. Look it up in the computer, ask my address, hand me the pills. You have 3 people back there. If you just had one person doing this full time there should never be a line. But instead I sit in line for 10 minutes and eventually just leave without my medication. Maybe you can't do it all anymore. If so cancel the vaccinations, cancel the blood pressure test, cancel all the special services. Just give people their pills. read more

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy I've been to. Staff were super slow in doing the paperwork, computers and printers super slow in processing and printing. I had a 5 pm vaccine appointment which was booked 2 weeks ago online. Arrived 4:50 pm. Waited in the queue (a short queue but took forever). Finished check-in 5:50 pm. Got my shot 6:40 pm. Even with an appointment, I need to spend 1.5 hours here to get my shots. If this store doesn't have bandwidth to do vaccinations, please block your calendar and don't allow booking! You are wasting everyone's time. read more

This review is mainly for the pharmacy. I switched to this pharmacy after going to CVS across the street for several years. The staff at CVS were very nice and competent, but it seems that their system was very old and outdated-things kept getting mixed up and lost and it was a huge headache after a while. At Walgreens, it's been much easier-prescriptions are filled quickly, communication is smooth, I always am able to get through their phone system quickly when I have a question, and they were actually able to coordinate the timing of my refills so I don't have to go to the pharmacy a bunch of times each month (I have 5 prescriptions that I take every day). It's great to have the drive thru option, also. read more

This pharmacy has the worse customer service. They usually only have one person helping customers. It takes forever to pick up prescriptions. Even the drive thru takes forever. I have been in line for 22 mins and the drive thru line hasn't moved at all. The wait is also long for them to answer the phone. I came here to get my first Covid Pfizer vaccination. The staff at the front were very friendly and put me at ease since I am not a fan of needles or shots. The young man at the pharmacy who took my info was very courteous and professional. That also put me at ease. The young lady, Nancy Hoang who gave me my shot was a superstar/ I did not even feel it when she jabbed me. In addition, her ability to put me at ease is exemplary and I was very impressed, I appreciate this kind of professional and top notch service. PHARMACY - The pharmacy was suppose to have all of my prescriptions from Lucky once their pharmacy closed. But, when it came time to refill them they had no idea what to do and denied that they even had some of them. Not knowing what prescription they had because they were so clueless I requested my refill with all of the doctors involved and moved them all them to another pharmacy that hopefully will do better. A long process, though. My last visit they said they only had one for me and just stood there. With a glare in her eyes she did not ask to look up my name or anything. This review is JUST for the passport photos service. The pro is, it was REALLY fast...10 minutes to have my pic taken, printed, and paid for. The cons: -kind of expensive. 10 bucks for passport photos? go to costco instead!! -service wasn't that great. The lady who did my photos was kind of brusque and rudely barked out vague directions. I really enjoy shopping here for the selection of goodies they have ( am a huge chocoholic and I usually come here for my fix ) but I can't really say I care too much for the employees here. There is a guy here named Manuel who always gives me the 3rd degree for coming in every week to buy chocolate and I really don't know what his deal is. He hasn't actually said anything to me, it's just the way he deals with me and his mannerisms when he has to attend me. I had a lower molar extracted on Wednesday, 7/7. Had an emergency dental appointment just now due to pain and was given a prescription. I walk in and stand in line apparently staff was at lunch. When I get to the front of the line, the young girl shows the pharmacist my rx. He said, tell her it'll be 30 minutes, if you want me to look at it, we have to help everybody else. She told me to sit down and wait. I said why, I waited in line like everybody else? Why do I have to wait? She rolls her eyes, walks away and ignored me. I stood and waited. She told me to sit down again. "We have to help everyone else first?!" If I ever said something like that to a patient, I would be fired. I won't be returning to Walgreens under any circumstances from this point on. Customer service is important to me and should be to Walgreens as well. I have been sitting here waiting, listening to these people interact with the customers. I am almost embarrassed for them. I also heard the pharmacist check on my prescription as if it was not authentic or I am trying to get away with something. I promise you, an emergency dental appointment on a Sunday afternoon would NEVER happen, unless absolutely necessary! read more
