I rarely post recommendations and only when the company and the work is exceptional. I got four estimates and opinions on my pool deck and driveway. I spoke to David, the owner of TAMPA PAVER SEALING. who came the next day after another job for an estimate. To do the job right, instead of just pressure washing and sealing, he suggested and then meticulously stripped the layers of old seal and discoloration off, pressure washed and then resealed with exceptional quality sand and sealing products. Even before the deck was sanded and sealed, the pavers looked amazing. Another factor that only a trace of sand was in the pool. One other estimator said the pool would be very dirty when they finished but they would clean it. Big red flag. David also sealed my large driveway and long front walkway. I am very particular about our home and somehow always find the best companies and honest caring people to work with. I truly hope that my recommendation will be considered and that David contacted for estimates. He is very professional, prompt, very detail oriented and works to make sure that both you and he are completely satisfied. Pricing was extremely reasonable. We recently had a new patio installed with pavers and the sealing wasn't included in the job. Not only did he come out the same day we called but he found a bunch of mistakes and damage the paver company missed. Communication was amazing the entire time with explanation and text updates. He even sealed our existing driving for a very reasonable additional charge. We had several broken tiles needing repair and they spent a lot of time prepping the area. We had neglected our 8 yo pavers around the pool, dirty, grass growing through the joints, pavers over concrete, never been sealed, faded and about 1800 sq feet of pavers...it's a big job. David is the owner of Tampa Paver Sealing and pavers are what he does every day. Promptly returned my call, came out as scheduled, courteous, no pressure,answered all my questions, agreeable to starting within the week. $2800 for cleaning, sanding and sealing. I know materials are expensive these days. David arrived at the time agreed and started cleaning the pavers, worked all day, sanded the pavers. Came back the next day and sealed everything with 3 coats of sealer. The pavers look brand new! We will have some touch up painting to do from the pressure washer but that's to be expected.
