I purchased a new home in January 2025 and Great Britain Tile was used by the builder. I had a…read morewarranty issue in the shower and when the second person came out to do the repair not only did they use the wrong color grout on the shower floor, they grouted the drain to the tile floor, so I do not have a removable drain. Most recently they came out because the grout in my master shower is disappearing. The home inspector said it was most likely cheap or defective group. Great Britain was back at my house again this week to repair the grout that was cracking and disappearing, and I noticed after their repair work dried they caulked my shower floor rather than using grout. To reiterate, they applied caulk over the cracked grout and areas where the grout had disappeared and there was no grout. Now, my master shower floor that is less than 1 year old has two different colors of grout and a third color of caulking on the shower floor. Their quality and workmanship is substandard.

They flooded our finished bathroom and took a chunk out of our brand new tub while inspecting the tub filler, damaged the inside our new cabinets in several spots because they didn't cover them while work was being performed, installed chipped sills on the pony walls multiple times, including the final sill that is installed now, and when it was all said and done, they repainted only half of the bathroom after their contractor botched the texturing. We have been trying to get Eva to replace the tub that they damaged for months, but she won't respond. Each day when I walk into the bathroom, I get a new reminder of how bad of a job they did. We have remodeled several homes with contractors and this was the worst experience that we have ever had.

We selected Landscapians for a large project based on all the 5 star reviews given. In total we spent over $8,000 with them. Communication was a constant issue. We'd have team members show up unannounced requesting access to the garage sprinkler system to having multiple text strings stating someone would be here on X day only for them not to show up. Additionally, the crew did not have someone onsite managing the project and had several questions I had to help with. Thankfully I work from home and was able to be present for much of these pop up requests and changes but if you are not readily available this would be very difficult for a homeowner. There were several errors in billing. Homeowners beware, Adrian will tell you one thing verbally but when it's time to settle he will forget those conversations. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. We had 3 double foxtail palms installed along our fence line. We told Adrian it was very important these were all of similar size since they were being placed next to one another. Unfortunately, one of the palms was much smaller than the other 2. While we should have declined that tree we ultimately accepted it as Adrian said they had gone to multiple nurseries and he couldn't find 3 that matched. The crew did not trim the excess weed barrier at the edging so when my Husband went to weed whack the frays of the weed barrier continually got stuck in his equipment. He spent quite a bit of time cutting this out from the blades. 6 weeks after the project was completed, Adrian's team did a full trim of all bushes. Unfortunately they left a substantial amount of trimmings in the garden beds we had just paid $1,500 to have remulched. Adrian's response was they have since purchased drop cloths. The last month of our service we only received 1 mow and did not have our grass treated. Adrian"s response was they had a new virtual assistant who was getting up to speed and failed to put us on the schedule. Adrian also said they do not manage weeds (what were we paying $75 monthly for??). Adrian said he would personally come out and would give ample notice. I received a text from Adrian on a Sunday morning that he would be at our house in 10 minutes. This was frustrating as we were getting ready to setup a blowup pool in our backyard and were not prepared for the grass to be treated that day. When I said something to Adrian he said we could find a new landscaper and called me a Karen. This was extremely unprofessional as I had never been rude or disrespectful in anyway. My Husband overheard this conversation and asked Adrian to leave. Adrian then threatened my Husband physically and said "I'll take you right here". Even after this incident I still did not leave a review. The final straw happened recently when one of the foxtail palms (the smallest one that we should have declined) unfortunately died. I emailed Landscapians respectfully asking if we could come to a fair solution on a replacement as Adrian verbally told me warranties were included. I even asked about a credit being established with the nursery and we could handle ourselves. Unfortunately both of my emails were ignored. I saw Adrian in our neighborhood the following week and told him about the tree. He responded saying we'd have to be on their monthly plan to have it warrantied and "that's just how it works". How can we be on your monthly plan when you cancelled us? Homeowners, I would be very careful hiring this company. They have since sold off the mowing part of their business to another company as they were struggling to keep up and are now only doing project work. From what I've heard, they also had much of their team walk off the job and I'd imagine that's largely in part to Adrian and his aggressive nature. Hopefully Adrian will improve on his customer service as our experience was far from the 5 star reviews listed.

Their attention to detail was spot on and I highly recommend them for the quality workmanship. They came out and gave me a free quote, showed up on time and kept me informed about the weather. Work Day Arrived! They took the time to clean, power wash, and remove any tough stains like rust or oil I had from my grill. They clear away the old sand and strip the sealer before preparing to lay new sand. What I really Liked is they did not rush the job, they showed me a few trouble spots and then got to work to finish the job. In the end, the sand laid out great, the pavers shined in the sun with two coats of high gloss finish. Erick and Bryan finished up wearing spiked shoes as to not get the new pavers dirty, again GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, then wiped down the bottom of the pool cage and did many other things that only true PROFESSIONALs know how to do.
