Justin won't oversell you on unnecessary parts and is extremely honest. Provided a through review of everything going on with my car, but didn't push repairs. I needed my ac compressor replaced. He came right out and gave me a very fair price. I paid with my debit card, right in my driveway and they went to work. As they got inside, there were additional issues which he took care for free. They we're outside working until well after 11pm. About two months later I started to notice it was blowing a little warm so I called him up and asked him if he would mind coming to take a look at it. He showed up in less than an hour at my workplace and was able to diagnose it on the spot. Being that it was just replaced less than 2 months ago and was related to a faulty part (through no fault of their own) she offered to go get the parts and meet me at my house and fix everything for free under warranty. They showed up and began fixing my AC, they replaced everything with brand new parts which put my mind at ease and were outside working until past 11 p.m. again. I highly recommend to them if you need a diagnosis or a convenient mechanic that comes to you with fair pricing and it's someone you can rely on to be honest and trustworthy in their diagnosis and pricing.

After what seemed to be a…read morewonderfully professional shop on the surface I discovered through a crimson committed against my household, Diesel Dawgs leadership and management is in severe disarray. I never received the responsibilities required under state statues for a mechanic. I was mocked for voicing my concerns. I never received paperwork, I never received a receipt. And I was returned my vehicle with the entire stereo system ripped out and cut. When approached by police and myself Big Greg refused to make it right and invoke his responsibilities as a shop keeper and instead stonewalled me and asked me for proof. This has turned in a nightmare of epic proportions and all I did was bring my truck in for service. I liked the guy, I though his shop was cool I even offered to bring a gift for the workers as a thank you for their work. If I could offer one piece of unsolicited advice. A man who says his word is bond is oftentimes later found to be a liar. Not always the case but worth noting. Thanks for ruining my arrival in Florida.
