Hands down the best mechanic I've ever had! If you're a single girl who doesn't know the first thing about cars, this is the place for you! A small , locally owned mobile shop. Justin won't oversell you on unnecessary parts and is extremely honest. Provided a through review of everything going on with my car, but didn't push repairs. I needed my ac compressor replaced. He came right out and gave me a very fair price. I paid with my debit card, right in my driveway and they went to work. As they got inside, there were additional issues which he took care for free. They we're outside working until well after 11pm. About two months later I started to notice it was blowing a little warm so I called him up and asked him if he would mind coming to take a look at it. He showed up in less than an hour at my workplace and was able to diagnose it on the spot. Being that it was just replaced less than 2 months ago and was related to a faulty part (through no fault of their own) she offered to go get the parts and meet me at my house and fix everything for free under warranty. They showed up and began fixing my AC, they replaced everything with brand new parts which put my mind at ease and were outside working until past 11 p.m. again. I highly recommend to them if you need a diagnosis or a convenient mechanic that comes to you with fair pricing and it's someone you can rely on to be honest and trustworthy in their diagnosis and pricing. read more

justin is unprofessional, rude, very aggressive and swears at his customers!!! he needs a -10 for ratings. he also begs customers to give him 5 star ratings. i almost fell for it until my car wasn't running right after he so called fixed it. he talks a good game by winning your trust in him to let him work on your vehicle. but when he is faced with a challenge that's when his lack of expertise appears. justin misdiagnosed my vehicle!!! my car wouldn't start he diagnosed it and said that my #8 fuel injector was filled with fuel & my #8 spark plug & both catalytic converters needed to be fixed. at 1st he said it was $500 then he called & said i have two options. 1)the cheap way $800 check engine light stays on, car runs rough. 2) the expensive way $1482.82 no check engine light on, car runs smoothly. i took option #2 all i wanted was my car to run like it use too. i have receipts from his shop & my bank. justin kept telling me my car would balance itself out. but in the meantime you need to get another car. my check engine light had came on the 2nd day i got it from justin. i went back up there & clearly justin was aggravated by my presence. 3rd day i took my car to ticolo tires & they diagnosed my car & it is the manifold that has a crack in it which is making the coolant flood #8 fuel injector & spark plug. not fuel!! they told me to take it back to the person who did the original work & get my money back or fix my car right. i went back up to neo automotive & talked to justin's sister & an employee at the desk. she was understanding but justin wasn't!! worst mistake of my life!!! had i of known that justin was going to fly off the handle like that. i wouldn't have came alone. justin had fear in me & my granddaughter's safety the way he acted that day!! he can't handle that he just didn't know what he was doing and thought that i was going to just let it go!! no i will get justice!!! so basically he took my money, didn't fix my car like it should have been fixed & told me to stay off his premises. my car is fixable by the way. I used to love this service because they came out to your home,,Now they charge an extra $75 on top of the repair,,,I had them do an oil change 6 mos ago and was dissapointed they did not fill the wiper fluid like most oil change companys do but decided to try them again,,,Since they charge an extra $75 to come to your home so I was able to get my son to go to their shop in East Bradenton,,,The receptionist quoted $44.95 but when my son got home the bill was $65.87!,,NOT the quoted price,,,Included in the bill was a charge for $11.99 for rags & cleaners!! On my way home one night the brakes in my truck completely went out and I was luckily able to coast into a parking lot and call a tow truck. I won't mention the name of the tow company, but the driver somehow managed to DROP MY TRUCK off the bed of the wrecker while loading it, slamming it into the pavement and breaking the drive shaft.... I called the dispatcher back immediately and told him what had happened. The guy apologized and promised to pay for the damages and anything else I needed done on the truck beforehand. Ok great. So I had them take it to Neo auto and was reassured id be contacted in the morning. Well that didn't happen, in fact I got totally ignored so I decided to just go to the shop and see about getting it fixed, praying that I'd be able to afford it. When I got there Justin sat down with me and I explained what had all happened, what the tow company had promised and now we're ignoring me etc etc. He was so amazing and told me that he would make sure I was taken care of. Well he definitely kept his word. The poor guys at the shop had to drive all the way to tampa to get a replacement part for the one the tow company destroyed, put me in a rental car until it was fixed, then told me if I bought the parts needed to fix the brakes on the truck he'd install everything free of charge....I couldn't believe it. I'm a single mother, and have basically been hemorrhaging money because of my Vehicle situation. I can't even begin to express how much that helped me. I'm still completely blown away by his generosity. Justin also did a top to bottom inspection and went over everything that needed to be done and gave me estimates on each Which were all very fairly priced. Now I'm back on the road and the truck is running great. Ill never take any vehicle I ever own to another shop. After this passed week, I believe it's safe to say I wouldn't recommend taking your car here. First off you don't know who's in charge due to the lack of communication. On top of that the lady I spoke with had the audacity to try and charge me $1390 for parts she stated where coming from the junkyard. Mind you, that's excluding labor fees which totaled to $687. Once I made the decision to take my car elsewhere, I was told to pay for the tow($100) and diagnostics ($40) fee prior to my car being sent there, which was expected already. However, she stated that her "guys" were "looking" for parts at a junkyard for two hours and Demanded an extra $85 on top of the 140.. not to mention I would call with a question or concern pertaining my vehicle just to be forwarded to voicemail and sent a TEXT telling me that when my parts are located I'll be contacted.. (funny how someone can charge an arm and a leg for wreck yard parts but can't afford an actual landline) All in all, here we are a week from when the incident occurred...Thanks to an honest man, My car is on the road good as new and it only took $1250 in total with all parts coming from a junkyard! Neo automotive is an absolute rip off. It's sad that some people will literally go the distance to take advantage of you and your situation. Just for a quick buck...Pretty evident no one there actually knows the true essence of a business. The absurdity and unprofessionalism of this establishment is highly beyond me.
