This was a big decision to make for me because it is my daughter and also because she wanted it to be a special event for both of us. (I originally was going to have it done with her, but I didn't want to take the 8 week hiatus from swimming for the aftercare. Ok ok, truth be told, I wanted her to get it done first to assess the pain factor.) Anyways, I talk too much....I called and pestered them several times with questions, even after thoroughly reading their website several times. They were friendly and informative every time. The studio is clean. They require a consent form for those under 18 to be signed in front of a notary. However, certain days, they do have one on staff; just call ahead. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Rich was very thorough at explaining everything and even advised me where to stand to get the best view. It was quick and easy. And according to her, minimal pain. So maybe, just maybe, I'll be back to get mine pierced.

He previously rescheduled our session for his own personal reasons, yet when I had a scheduling conflict, he was aggressive and hostile. Instead of handling the business disagreement privately, he took to social media to 'call me out' and use aggressive language. A professional artist should be able to manage their books without resorting to public insults and threats. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value respectful communication.
