I placed an order then a week later my card got hacked. didn't realize it was because of the order I placed with them. got a new card, placed an order, card got hacked. this happened 3x. Realizing it was most likely get hacked from them. I called them and they explained they had a security breach and promised it was fixed. I didn't order for a few months and placed another order giving them the benefit of doubt and my account got hacked again! He was very nice not pushy and just said he would love to see what he could do for my business. A week later he followed up with a phone call, again not pushy just hey we'd love to help. Their reps are very friendly and helpful, and not only do they go out of their way to make sure you get what you need, they also provide you with useful information on products and give recommendations with your best interests in mind, not just to sell you more product. I placed an order on a Friday and couldn't wait until Monday for my order to be delivered. Needing product ASAP I was going to pick it up that afternoon, however, I couldn't get any free time to do so until nearly 4 pm, and mind you they close at 5. I am a spray tan artist and business owner in Scottsdale AZ. I started spray tanning in Tucson Arizona almost 10 years ago. From the very beginning I've purchased my solution from Tan International in Phoenix. I've also purchased pretty much all of my retail product is well and other supplies and equipment. Michele at Tan International has been wonderful as well as the rest of the staff there. She is very helpful when I inquired about specifics for products. Michelle is also on top of all the new products as well and is good about suggesting those. They are a little bit old school as they don't have a website but you can get a full color catalog from them with all the products that they carry and ordering is really simple over the phone.
