It's not like I went in 5 mins before closing. I worked at service industry places before and we served everyone that came in before closing even if it went over time. Just extremely inconvenienced, and wasted time and gas. If I was told ahead of time before waiting in line I could've spent my time finding a place without huge lines to tan.
