This is the 2nd location I've had bad experiences with. I ended up canceling my and my girlfriends…read morememberships. I can't constitute paying $100+ a month for their equipment not to work. My GF signed up for their Diamond membership during a promo. It was not explained to us that her promo only applied to the first month. We have been waiting for her membership to be updated but never got a call back about it. During my visit last night, their Platinum Sunbed didn't turn on correctly. The face bulbs did not work, and the bed kept shutting off. After I got dressed I sat in the lobby for about 5 minutes before an employee came back to the front counter. I wasn't acknowledged and didn't get to complete my session. When my girlfriend had finished with her session I cancelled our memberships. I will say the employee completed my request with no questions asked. I think it's sad that I can repeated communicate my poor experiences with the employees and management yet nothing is done. I cancelled because I want the $100+ I spend to meet my expectations.

They've upgraded beds, but the consequence of that is they don't tell you about the new beds and new bulbs. I emailed multiple times and they didn't respond until I went to corporate. All they did was blame me for going full time when I have been for months completely fine, but this time since they didn't tell me about the new beds I burnt, bad enough I had to cancel an appointment the following day and lose money. I emailed them in hopes of helping them better educate clients coming in so this doesnt happen to anyone else, I wasn't asking for discounts or anything like that. They didn't take any responsibility, Instead they blame the customer and continue to do so after many interactions. I was understanding that maybe it's new employees or not enough training but the manager/owners can't take accountability. Its very upsetting that as a business they can treat customers with so much negligence especially since I used to love this location so much.
