I said I used to tan at Body Heat but they closed the store that I went to, so I ended my membership. Steevie said Palm Beach bought Body Heat, so I probably will be in their system. She said no worries though that she would honor the deal. Well cool. I headed over. And then I realized it's right next door to my favorite chicken spot, Hencredible. What?! This must be fate. I got a chicken meal before I went in. Just a slight detour. The tanning salon itself was very clean, and I was greeted with true warmth and exuberance. It was Steevie. I wish they could bottle her attentiveness and passion. She is the standard all customer service reps wish they could be. Go ahead Steevie! She took her time with me and determined the perfect color combo for my spray tan. My husband told me the Versa spa developer stinks. This was a different one. They have both. Plus they have an additive to make you smell nice. She was my own personal chemist getting my feedback on everything. She told me I didn't have to remember the combination we landed on because she put it in the computer. Also cool! I got in the room and put lotion on my palms and elbows. This matters. I'll tell you later. Not what you think. I got inside and a huge jet of warm air shot down. This would be great in the winter. The summer- not so much. We're getting to the part where I'm glad I had the lotion on my hand. 2 poses- arms up- arms down. Front and back. The problem was when I looked down I had brown fluid coming down my neck to my boob. Oh no! I frantically began rubbing it in as the machine sprayed my back. A cloud of developer filled the air and I cracked the door to breathe better. I have asthma. I got out and saw splotches on both legs. I rubbed the brown liquid even and even had it under my nails. I grabbed the wet wipes in the room and started rubbing me palms and under my nails. Thank God I put on lotion. This is the point of the 3 for $9 though, right? Try things out and see what's right for you. This one was a miss. I let Steevie know and she offered a free session. No- it was $3. Lol. I just wanted her to know so no one else would get splattered. The tan developed well and I like the color. I don't think I'm willing to try that again though. Stinky Versa spa for me I guess. Lol While I was there she showed me the infrared wellness options. And that brings me to today. I did the hydro massage with infrared light. Was it amazing? Yes. 20 minutes of bliss. Did my person today get exasperated with me? Also yes. I didn't know how to work it. She had to show me 3 times. When I asked her if I need to get naked she clearly had enough of me and disappeared. (You don't get naked by the way.) Of course I couldn't figure out how to turn it on so I went and found her. She turned it on for me and left. I'm not blaming her. I'm kind of old. I mean half a century is pretty old. It just wasn't clicking for me. I got settled in and oh my Lord, this was lovely! There was red light, so I put it on my feet. I figured I have arthritis and all. I read later the red light is for wrinkles. Lol so yeah. You get a tablet size controller to guide your 20 minute massage. It's water pushing againt you. You can controls the speed, intensity and area of the body. I felt a little like fast food under one of those lamps, but it was fun and relaxing. I have 1 visit left. I'll let you know how it goes. If you come, be sure to ask for Steevie.

The membership I signed up for was not honored in the way it was originally presented. I specifically chose an unlimited membership because it included access to all equipment and wellness services as often as I wanted. After the takeover, I was told I could no longer access many of the wellness services that would have been included under my Body Heat membership, which was one of the main reasons I joined in the first place. To make matters worse, staff members seemed unclear about how memberships were being transferred and were unable to provide consistent answers to basic questions about benefits, access, or policies. Communication throughout the transition was poor, leaving customers confused and frustrated. Additionally, locations have closed and operating hours have changed, which significantly reduced the convenience and accessibility I originally signed up for. Overall, the service, membership value, and customer experience have all declined since Palm Beach Tan took over. I understand acquisitions can be complicated, but customers should not lose benefits they were promised when they signed up. Very disappointing experience.

Taylor took me on a tour and told me about every single one of their beds, the spray tan, as well as teeth whitening, and the red light. Taylor went over every package and explained everything to me, also said if there busy you just scan you card and choose your bed which is really neat.She was so helpful and made me sign up. Let me start by saying that Taylor is the nicest and most accommodating person. Taylor really does care more about the service than anything else. She always smiles, and is so helpful and has so much knowledge in this. I asked her what Lotions are best for beds and spray tans, and she went over each one I was interested in. She got me to buy 2 of them. They even sell teeth whitener. I have made this tanning salon part of my weekly routine and I always recommend this tanning salon to everyone go when Taylor is there. I been there when other girls are there but they don't know much and there one girl there just so fast and always asks for my first and last name and says she cant fine me then 10 minutes later she does. She seems so fast and not to mention rude sometimes. I go as much as I can. There all nice but Taylor is just so upbeat all the time compared to all the other girls. I love Tan Repblic! I have been going for about a year and have never had a negative experience. From the minute I walk in the door, the staff is friendly, helpful, and has gotten to know my name. As a frequent user of the spray tans, I have found that the color is great and it lasts for a long time. I always find myself with an even, natural looking spray and I could not be happier. I also love the teeth whitening services. For a great price, I get amazing quality whitening that leave my teeth instantly white. Every time I walk in, the girls that work there always are so sweet with the biggest smiles. My husband sometimes comes with me (not for the spray tan) but so that he can enjoy the awesome massage chair they have in the lobby if you're waiting your turn or if you're waiting for someone else. They also have a TV, too. I usually get the Catalina spray and they have the Versa Pro spray tan machine. I love this machine so much because I've never been told I look orange or rarely have it go on unevenly. It always is such a great spray! And it's super easy to understand as the machine walks you through which way to stay and where to have your feet. The room is also always clean and ready to go when you walk in which is truly wonderful. I've never had a problem of not having a hairnet or a towel or anything. They do a great job to make sure the room is stalked. I'll probably never get rid of my membership because I love it so much here. Thanks so much for the great service! Keep it up!!!

I used the goggles to tan went to turn off the machine and they fell off behind the machine. I went out and spoke to Isabella and she took one look and said she saw them but couldn't reach them. I went to try and it is absolutely filthy behind and towards the top part of the machine. Hasn't been cleaning in MONTHS. Isabella then told me "when the maintenance person comes they'll hold them for me. 1. It's extremely obvious it hasn't been maintained in months. 2. She saw them but refused to replace them stating "I can't just give you free goggles" 3. I just spent $151 to start my monthly plan at your store and you can't just replace my now dirty goggle stuck behind the machine?! 4. Not only all of that but Isabella was extremely rude towards me, looked for 3 seconds and didn't try to reach for them. Terrible customer service. I was planning to come for the next 6 months. I'll be canceling before next month. DONT COME HERE. HORRIBLE GIRST IMPRESSION AND ISSABELLA HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

With about 10 years in the industry, she works so seamlessly and applies just the right tension to create a curl that genuinely holds, even on my long hair. P.s.: two days later with no hairspray and my blowout still looks amazing! I loved every minute, appreciate all the little touches that make a client feel taken care of and will be recommending it to all my friends for a new blowout or mini self-care spot on the south side of town. I've been going to Brooke now for eyelash extensions for a couple months and every time I'm even…read moremore impressed than the last time. First of all, when you first walk into this place, it is like walking in to a luxury spa. It's very clean, quiet and chic. The receptionist always greets me kindly like she is already expecting me and asks if I'm here for Brooke every time. Brooke's room is super clean and well kept. When you're going somewhere where they are constantly touching your eyes, it's so important that it is clean. Brooke always has a playlist going that is super relaxing. She always makes sure I'm comfortable during my time and has the most comfy blanket! Seriously I dream about that blanket hahah. When I'm sitting in her lounge chair, it's almost like my time at the spa. We usually catch up on life and have such great conversations. She is so personable! And then sometimes I drift off to sleep and it's so peaceful. It's such a great balance. Not to mention, my eyelashes always look incredible when I leave! And they hardly fall out too much! I can usually go a couple weeks before a fill. I always look forward to my appointments with Brooke and I'll keep going to her for as long as I get these eyelashes done. I can't imagine ever going to anyone else! Highly highly highly recommend her!

Wonderful experience! I have a membership at home but good or bad LV is also home. I was inside 4…read moreweeks when I left and thought I was gonna wait but had some ClassPass credits I was gonna lose. I checked w my community and the less than 5 stars had nothing to do w the service or people they employed so I said leggo! On CP appts stop at 1:30 but I found a time that worked. Daniela was my tech and she was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and sweet. Speaking of sweet, the place is PANK! Not pink. PANK! And as a Barbie girl in a modern world I was here for it! Super clean tho. No one was in when I went. She said it was slower that day. Daniela told me that there were issues w the setup on ClassPass, the scheduling being one. They're working on it. Tip: if you're scheduling w ClassPass and don't see the time you need, pick one and call to get what you actually need. I'm prone to ingrowns so Daniela gave me their scrub to try. They have some good looking products I'd definitely be willing to try. I'll keep ya posted on the scrub. 5 stars for quick and efficient service, wonderful staff and super cute decor!
