I'd seen their ads online and on ClassPass and finally felt the nudge to book. Their menu covers blowouts, facials, HydraFacials, brows, lashes, and waxing -- all at pretty competitive prices. They also offer monthly memberships, each including a free birthday blowout, and one tier even has a bring-a-friend-for-50%-off perk. They've been open a few months and currently take appointments Monday through Saturday. Walking in, you're greeted by a warm, luxurious space with gorgeous decor, intentional lighting, generous spacing at each blowout station, and lovely gold and pink accents throughout. At the front, Heather, who was so sweet, confirmed my appointment and Lexus took me back right away. You're given the cutest robe to wear, plus complimentary collagen water from Vida Glow -- I had the pineapple flavor and it was tasty (I've heard the blueberry flavor is amazing too). My stylist asked about my style preferences, whether I wanted her to use the curling iron, and any other notes before getting started. I booked a wash and blowout with a Kérastase shine treatment for longer hair. During the wash, Lexus gave what might have been the most relaxing scalp and neck massage of my life -- perfect pressure, absolute heaven. The blowout itself felt amazing and looked even better. With about 10 years in the industry, she works so seamlessly and applies just the right tension to create a curl that genuinely holds, even on my long hair. P.s.: two days later with no hairspray and my blowout still looks amazing! I loved every minute, appreciate all the little touches that make a client feel taken care of and will be recommending it to all my friends for a new blowout or mini self-care spot on the south side of town. They were incredibly accommodating after I had a scheduling issue, which was truly a saving grace since I had an event to attend that night. What a cute spot!! I discovered this new beauty lounge through ClassPass and was looking for a blowout before a holiday party I was attending later that day. It's a large space with plenty of seats and they over a variety of services such as blow outs, facials and makeup. They also use good quality products like Kerastase, RMS Beauty, and Sweed. When I walked in I was welcomed with a drink of choice (apparently they do serve wine!) and was paired up with Kylie who was so sweet and talked me through with how to style my hair. This is only my second time having a blowout and I was so happy with my bouncy and soft curls. Ladies this is a great spot to meet a girlfriend or group of friends for a little pampering. read more

Had a great experience with Lexus, very professional and loved my hair after. I would definitely come back.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a blowout in advance, but upon arrival I was told my hair was "too long" and that I would be charged an extra $20 because my hair required a longer service. Every time they mentioned this, they seemed to encourage me to cancel, which felt odd and unprofessional. The front desk staff was condescending, and their reasoning kept changing--from the length of my hair to the amount of product needed--despite me explaining that at other locations, a 60-minute service is sufficient for my thin hair. Yet they insisted I needed the 90-minutes. The blowout itself was terrible. Excessive product was applied to my scalp, leaving it itchy with noticeable flakes afterward. The dandruff is excessive. Which CAN be caused from a visit to a stylist. The stylist brushed my hair roughly, yanking it painfully and brushing over my ears multiple times, which was very uncomfortable, especially with earrings. The blow-dry was also poorly executed. It seemed no heat protectant was used, and the stylist blew my hair on the highest heat extremely close to my scalp, leaving it sore and burned. It is still sensitive. I requested full curls, but she used a flat iron, pulling and yanking my hair hard, and the result did not last. My hair feels fried. The service took only 40 minutes, far shorter than the time I paid for and does not justify the additional $20 they made me pay. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and in pain, and I do not recommend this location. read more
