I was new to this and been looking for a tanning salon so happens i went to Smiths, so I decided to stop in. Taylor took me on a tour and told me about every single one of their beds, the spray tan, as well as teeth whitening, and the red light. Taylor went over every package and explained everything to me, also said if there busy you just scan you card and choose your bed which is really neat.She was so helpful and made me sign up. Let me start by saying that Taylor is the nicest and most accommodating person. Taylor really does care more about the service than anything else. She always smiles, and is so helpful and has so much knowledge in this. I asked her what Lotions are best for beds and spray tans, and she went over each one I was interested in. She got me to buy 2 of them. They even sell teeth whitener. I have made this tanning salon part of my weekly routine and I always recommend this tanning salon to everyone go when Taylor is there. I been there when other girls are there but they don't know much and there one girl there just so fast and always asks for my first and last name and says she cant fine me then 10 minutes later she does. She seems so fast and not to mention rude sometimes. I go as much as I can. There all nice but Taylor is just so upbeat all the time compared to all the other girls. I love Tan Repblic! I have been going for about a year and have never had a negative experience. From the minute I walk in the door, the staff is friendly, helpful, and has gotten to know my name. As a frequent user of the spray tans, I have found that the color is great and it lasts for a long time. I always find myself with an even, natural looking spray and I could not be happier. I also love the teeth whitening services. For a great price, I get amazing quality whitening that leave my teeth instantly white. This is the best tanning salon I ever been to and the cleanness one ever. The beds are ready to go as soon as you get there. I would highly recommend this Tan Republic location. The girl had a lot of knowledge out of all the girls there she provided outstanding customer service. Her name is Taylor. All the girls there provide great customer service. Always friendly. Taylor just very upbeat and super helpful This place is Definitely worth the money if you want to tan and want great service. Overall I am so happy to be apart of the salon. I really love being able to relax and tan in a cool place, this place has a cool feel to it. It's always clean, very positive people working there. Pricing for the different packs are pretty low. I got some lotion that helps you tan, it smells great and now I'm almost to tan, They even have face covers on ...lol read more

Clean, great customer service, and great rates. Brand new beds. I love the scan card option. You set up your own bed on a kiosk. Don't even have to talk to anyone. Highly recommended! And they just waved my monthly fee for referring a friend! read more
