I left several messages with both the private number provided as well directly with the salon over the course of 2 weeks and no one returned my call. I provided my name, phone number and my living social voucher number. Nothing. This reflects VERY poorly on your business. I had bought it in plenty of time before going on vacation but alas it's time to go on vacation and I don't have pretty toes. I requested a full refund from Living Social and plan on leaving a negative review in as many online avenues as possible. I've happily taken my (full priced) business elsewhere.

They give you a professional and friendly experience and never disappoint with color, cut, and products they tell you about. Sarah Nichter is my stylist and has been for years. This is the best salon she's worked at and all the other stylists are fabulous as well. They also advertise makeup and only sell the best products on the market. The only complaint I would have is the pedicurist Katina White, she gives a horrible pedicure and talks incredibly inappropriately. Luckily, she is no longer at the salon and it's much better. If you're looking for an all over incredible experience for hair, makeup, and products this is the salon to go to.

Didn't seem like that big of a deal. I get there at 10:15 and they said it was a typo and it was actually re-scheduled for 11:15. So I drove over there an hour early and had to return later which ate up most of my morning. I tried to book again for a massage on February 8th and they texted the night before saying they needed to cancel. Disappointing, but again I understand. Booked an appointment for today and they texted saying it was cancelled two hours before the massage. There have been no apologies and I don't think they even are aware that this has been my experience. I'm sure it's a fine service if they can actually follow through with their appointments.

If you are early for your appt she might not be there yet so the door maybe locked. Such genuine and joyous energy in her soothing environment. She truly cares about helping us heal and/or help our body to stretch, release and relax. Educated, great welcoming energy, and with such a dedicated focus on our health and wellness. A+ Scott is dynamite! Great for deep tissue massages. I leave his visit feeling loose, like a new body. Their wonderful flavored water infusions work! Light enhancement to water and they 100% help one drink more water and absorb too.
