My injector made me feel comfortable and even provided me with anxiety relief tools. She was precise, patient, and provided wonderful patient care. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I called specifically requesting a deep tissue massage, but was told the available therapist, Noel, did not offer that service. I was instead recommended a therapeutic massage with medium-to-firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was very light and did not address any of the tension or knots I was hoping to work out. I regularly visit spas and have received Swedish massages that were significantly deeper. While Noel was pleasant, the massage simply did not meet my needs, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I was also surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to use the spa amenities. In my experience, amenities are typically included when booking a treatment. Had I known about the extra fee when I asked about amenities while booking, I could have made a more informed decision. The jacuzzi ended up being the best part of my visit, but I go to a spa primarily for the quality of the massage. Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the cost, and I do not plan to return. I'm giving two stars because the front desk staff was friendly and the facility itself appeared clean and inviting.

It's noon on a Thursday so I got the whole place to myself. The only things I would say needs improvement is none of the lockers had functioning or working keys/locks so I couldn't safely secure my personal items and I had some anxiety about leaving my items in the women's room unsecured. Another issue was the shower faucet took a few minutes to warm up and I wasn't warned about it so I fiddled with it so much at first that I just ended up taking a cold shower. It just would have been a good idea if they just told me how to turn on the faucet and to wait a few minutes for the warm water to kick in, when they gave me the tour. And the button for the body wash kept popping off. So just some minor things need updating. The steam room was fantastic tho! I love the mix of eucalyptus. It really helped my stuffy sinuses. The hot tub is amazing! I love how the seats kinda cradle your butt. I usually have a hard time in hot tubs cuz they push me off the seat. But not with this design! It's wonderfully made and I love the stars and candles. I didn't think it'd use the "cool plunge " but once I realized it wasn't cold it was much needed after over heating myself from the steam room and hot tub. I didn't think I would enjoy the UV room but I actually did! It was very relaxing. The hot tea and snacks are also a bonus. Just a very well done business idea and something I've been looking for. I think the price is more than reasonable for what you're getting. I'll be back! I did mention a couple of my concerns with the staff and it sounds like they do plan on getting new locks in the future so I really hope they live up to that because they have you sign a wavier that basically says they are not liable for stolen items. I have trust issues and have had things stolen out of lockers in my past so this is kind of a big concern of mine that I just hope they can fix quickly. Thanks again Santé spa! You have a new fan. We were lucky to get a same-day appointment that needed to come back later before dinner time. It worked perfectly with our schedule. The front desk lady was super nice and funny. After coming back for our appointment at 4:15 pm, we were treated by a guy who took us to the back and let us soak into this amazing hot water tub. We ordered two: Serenity: $75 per person: 45 min. foot reflexology 15 min. hand reflexology 15 min. foot soak After our feet were soaked, we were taken to a room and it was just us two. Very peaceful. The chairs were comfy. The pressure was also not hard, but not soft either. It did relax our legs and feet muscles a lot, we were less sore than ever. I think the price is a bit high. Parking was easy to find. It's street parking so just need to pay thru the kitty parking app.

First up was my son, who wanted a beachy surfer shag. He commented that Marcy took way more time studying his hair and cutting layers to get the cut just right, and he loved the final result. Next was my teenage daughter, and her request for "curtain bangs." I wasn't sure how close she'd get to her pinned inspiration, but I have NEVER seen my daughter smile the way she did when Marcy spun her around for "the big reveal." It was awesome. Everything Marcy does she executes with care & precision, from the pre-wash consultation and water temp, to natural parts, the right product, and final styling. I highly recommend Marcy and Karna a Finish Salon, and now my hard-to-impress teenagers do too!
