I have medium length hair and was looking for an inch taken off. He did a great job and actually taught me some things about my hair. The cut did not include a wash though and my left and right side were really uneven. My biggest issue is with where the topic of conversation landed. We started talking about pets and he started telling me about how he dominated his tiny dog by hitting it a few times. He also went into a story that involved him telling the adoption agency multiple times that he planned on killing the dog if they didn't take it back. Pretty awkward.

Casey was so incredibly helpful. She'd just come in from her lunch when the receptionist asked for expertise. Casey showed me a few options and explained some of the benefits, and I also purchased some shampoo and conditioner. I haven't used R+Co before, but I like it. There's plenty of parking here. The salon is small and seemed calm and quiet. If I lived in Eugene I'd make an appointment here.

So, I did what any other person with bangs in their eyes and a little audacity would do, which was pull out the sharpest scissors I could find and attempt to trim them myself. I'm sure you can guess how that turned out. Panicked and embarrassed, I took to Yelp to hunt down a stylist who could hopefully fix my poor, poor mutilated hair. Because Willow Hair has great reviews, I decided to give them a call and beg for their help. A sweet woman named Helen answered the phone and assured me that people trim their bangs all the time and she'd be able to set me up with someone who could help. That someone was Gale, who, with her expert touch and bright smile, saved me from myself. Not only did she fix my bangs, she also went above and beyond by re-shaping some of the layers in my hair and giving me tips on how to trim my own bangs in the future if I ever got the urge. I think my hair cutting days are sufficiently behind me, but if I can't resist the temptation, I now know what to do! Willow Hair is by appointment only and they have their own parking lot. Stylists book up fast, but Savannah kindly rescheduled me within the week when I fell down the stairs two hours before my appointment and couldn't walk for a couple of days. No comment on that (facepalm), other than the ladies who work here treat you like a human and not just a name on their booking list. I already have my next appointment booked in a month and a half I look forward to seeing what Gale cooks up for me next time!

I trust her and appreciate her demeanor. Her prices are excellent. She has always been flexible and accommodating when scheduling. I love pedicures but typically don't schedule them because my feet generally dry out soon afterwards, however, I wanted to try one at the salon as Steph's style is a little different Whatever she uses in the water doesn't dry my feet. She does a great job and my feet feel awesome!

Candace not only did an amazing job with my cut and color, but she's about the sweetest and most engaging person I've met in a long time. Not only is the work area spacious, but also a van-accessible parking space is directly in front! Owner Shannon's regular " barbering" chair was easily moved out of the way. That meant I did not have to make a transfer and could enjoy an excellent haircut in the comfort of my wheelchair. 8 months of hair growth fell to the floor, leaving me looking at least 10 years younger than an 80-year-old should look! and she only charged me the regular senior rate (a big tip removed the guilt I felt about being under charged for the amount of work I had needed). Walk-In-Haircuts (call first for no wait time) is definitely a good place for a guy to get his "curls" under control!

She was so excited to get her haircut. She was sitting still for him and even talking very kindly to him. He physically moved her aggressively around in the chair and it was not appropriate. I will never be going here and do not trust him. I had to leave because I could no longer take his unprofessional demeanor.
