I made an very important hair appointment with this salon. The time was what they had 3:45 Sat…read more I had confirmed this 2x via text, including night before. 2 hrs before my appt. Sarah called and ran out of time. Told her this was important and took a lot of bravery from me. She said she call back. I was very willing to come in even later, or after 5:30 when I get back into town from work during the week. She never called back. After an hour, I finally called back. She didnt even talk to me. Said she had no time to cut my hair at the time they gave me, today at all!! After that I was willing to come next Sat. but before noon. My whole day was centered around this appt today and I didnt want to waste another whole Sat waiting! They could not accommodate me. This is unprofessional at best. It is not my fault she does not manage her time better. I understand emergencies come up, but that was never the explanation. She told me " her day got ahead of her" She never called back, left me hanging to only have me call back and was un-willing to see me later, if she was running late.

I have medium length hair and was looking for an inch taken off. He did a great job and actually taught me some things about my hair. The cut did not include a wash though and my left and right side were really uneven. My biggest issue is with where the topic of conversation landed. We started talking about pets and he started telling me about how he dominated his tiny dog by hitting it a few times. He also went into a story that involved him telling the adoption agency multiple times that he planned on killing the dog if they didn't take it back. Pretty awkward.

Casey was so incredibly helpful. She'd just come in from her lunch when the receptionist asked for expertise. Casey showed me a few options and explained some of the benefits, and I also purchased some shampoo and conditioner. I haven't used R+Co before, but I like it. There's plenty of parking here. The salon is small and seemed calm and quiet. If I lived in Eugene I'd make an appointment here.

I trust her and appreciate her demeanor. Her prices are excellent. She has always been flexible and accommodating when scheduling. I love pedicures but typically don't schedule them because my feet generally dry out soon afterwards, however, I wanted to try one at the salon as Steph's style is a little different Whatever she uses in the water doesn't dry my feet. She does a great job and my feet feel awesome!

I drive by this salon almost daily and figured I'd give it a shot and I was not disappointed!! Candace not only did an amazing job with my cut and color, but she's about the sweetest and most engaging person I've met in a long time.
