Despite many challenges (Pandemic, labor shortage, on-the-spot changes that we wanted) Shelly and her team totally delivered. Unfortunately this company did not live up to the reviews posted on Yelp. They said they would…read morestart work in the Spring but wouldn't give me a start date and kept saying that the weather was too cold. They finally finished on 6-18-2024. They presented a plan for landscaping our property but what they promised and what they delivered couldn't have been more different. From the outset I told Shelly that I wanted shrubs that would bloom in 3 seasons. Now, 28 months later, none of them has ever bloomed and one of them died. They trimmed one of our rhododendron bushes and it also died. The project cost $11,176.80 and there was no hardscaping involved. Shelly started-off pleasant and helpful but as time went on she became testy. When I raised the issue she apologized, but nothing changed. They offer a 1-year guaranty on the shrubs and plants, but it often takes 2 seasons before shrubs bloom. By then it was too late to invoke the guaranty. I cannot recommend this company. Please note that the last review was dated in November of 2019. I guess that should have been a red flag. I also never asked for references. Those are mistakes I will not make again. One other thing of note: I visited their property and never saw any plants or shrubs. I suspect that they buy the plants from other nurseries, mark them up and install them. Beware!

I'm an elderly disabled woman and lived through a nightmare with Troy. He stood in my yard screaming at me for payment when the pond was no where near completion. His behavior was so unbalanced and erratic that my neighbor started to call the police. His contract terms called for a deposit which I paid before he started work. Work was supposed to start in 2 weeks but it didn't start for over 10 months. The balance was due, as stated in contract, net upon completion Yet he wanted progress payments. When I told him this was contrary to the contract terms, he just screamed louder. His behavior at my home was unbalanced to the point of seeming altered or impaired at best. If he responds to this, he will blame me and anyone else he can think of rather than taking accountability. At this point, I expect nothing less from him. He will never take accountability for his actions. Right now, I have a very expensive UV light that is not installed and a pond that has leaked since he installed 8 months ago. He told me he would reinstall the light this past spring and repair the leak. Not only did he not keep this promise but now he will not return my calls to remedy this situation. I am going to have to hire someone to fix my pond and then take legal action to get compensated for their labor. While this is an ordeal, I will not let him get away with this shabby and unethical conduct. I have all the legal ammunition I need to prevail. It's too bad that one must deal with such erratic, unethical behavior because this man is talented at what he does but his behavior makes doing business with him out of the question. You have 2 very accurate descriptions of his behavior in these reviews. Don't be suckered into doing business with him. Troy, you had a chance to make this right but you did nothing. Who will you blame this time?

First, they repaired a large area of my six-foot stockade that was literally falling over due to shoddy construction. I was so pleased with how that turned out that I immediately had them do a tricky custom extension. The work is beautiful, and they took my vision and made it a reality.
