This place opened just about 6 months ago. When my husband requested kebabs for his birthday treat, I discovered Tandoor online. We were both highly impressed. My husband ordered the mix platter and the kebabs were tender, well cooked, well flavored, and filling. I, being vegetarian, ordered their weekend special of aloo-Poori-Chana-halwa and had an excellent meal. My family is from Delhi and these flavors reminded me of visiting my grandmother growing up. The service was excellent and the ambiance is so cute. It felt like being in an upscale Dhaba. You have to order the tea while there - what a fun and unique presentation. And also, prices are so reasonable for the quantity and quality they are providing. 5 whole hearted stars and thank you to the owners for providing this excellent experience.

Went around 5:30pm for early dinner and food was good. Diljit Dosanjh songs were playing and coincidentally his concert was today in Dallas. Service was decent.

This new Pakistani restaurant in Cedar Park offers a lovely ambiance and friendly service. Unique ethnic art, decor and fixtures surround the space. Dishes are presented beautifully - small table burners to keep curries piping hot, lovely chai service for two in a beautiful pot served with parle biscuits, and more. The menu was thoughtfully curated. The food was sadly lacking in my opinion. Chicken Malai Boti was tender but lacked flavor. Beef seekh kabab was overcooked and chewy. Mutton korma was unexpectedly tangy with an overwhelming flavor profile. The silver lining were the generous portion sizes (easily lasts two meals) and reasonable prices.

I been wanting to try this Pakistani place for a while now. And I am glad I did. Tucked in a huge shopping center but great corner location easy to find. Ambiance was really good for being a desi restaurant. We ordered Shadi wala mutton, paneer tikka and chicken seekh kababs along with tandoori roti and mango lassi. Everything tasted delicious and the service was really good. I will be back to try more different foods

Food was a slam dunk. Came here for Indian food that's healthy. Got white basmati rice and chicken Bihari boti which is bbq and marinated chicken breast chucks. Flavorful and succulent with good tenderness. Along with the chutney supplied to me (I think one is yogurt cilantro and one is tamarind, the meal was scrumptious. Service was quick and professional as well as friendly. Ambiance was relaxed and airy for a weekday lunch. I'll definitely be back!

We tried this place on the web and we're not disappointed. Being Caucasian, we're not exactly sure of the difference between Pakistani and Indian food, but our server was able to explain the difference and we really enjoyed the food, the service, and the ambience of the restaurant itself. We were so happy that they were able to take the time to explain all the different options and give us some suggestions.

We tried their soft open menu and ordered the Dahi Puri, Chicken Biryani, Mixed Grill Platter, and the obligatory Mango Lassi. The Dahi Puri description mentioned potatoes, but it felt more like chickpeas--either way, they were pretty tasty. Personally, I prefer a different style from another region, but these were enjoyable. The Chicken Biryani was fantastic--Pakistani-style but with potatoes, which really elevated the flavors. As any Bengali will tell you, the potatoes make the biryani and they are not wrong! The Mixed Grill Platter was also well done. My favorite was the Beef Bihari Kabab, with its paste-like texture. The Chicken Malai Boti was soft and creamy, while the Chicken Tikka was marinated as expected. I do wish the platter came with at least two naan or parathas, instead of having to buy them separately. The Mango Lassi was delicious, though I only managed to get one sip before my kid claimed the rest! One suggestion would be to offer more kid-friendly items, as most of the regular menu options are a bit too spicy for the little ones. Price-wise, it came out to around $28 per person with tax and tips. The service was attentive and checked in for feedback throughout the meal, which I appreciated. There's some Instagram-worthy decor giving off a cool chic vibe. I'll definitely be coming back to try other items and, of course, have the biryani again! For those with dietary restrictions, all meats are halal.

First time coming to Tandoor after seeing the influencers rave about it. The restaurant serves mainly Pakistan and Northern Indian cuisines. We came at 1pm on Saturday and it wasn't crowded but only had a few tables occupied. The interior was really new and had a nice decor to it. We ordered chai for 2, and it came out in a very traditional way. It also tasted authentic too. For entrees, we ordered the beef nihari curry and grilled platter including beef seekh , tikka chicken and the beef Bihari roll. The curry was spicy, but I think it lacked some spice flavor to it. We did enjoy the beef Bihari roll a lot, it was so tender. As for the beef seekh and tikka chicken, it was a bit dry. Service was accommodating and decent. If we were to come back, we would go for the beef Bihari roll and try out the chicken Bihari roll and chai. Definitely a nice addition to Cedar Park!

One of the most difficult decisions for any large event is "Who is making the food?" For us, it was serendipitous....a chance meeting with their catering manager at their resturant...made everything fall into place. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tandoor's Catering Team for our son's graduation party, and I can confidently say working with them was one of the best decisions we made for the event. From the very beginning, the process was seamless. Communication was clear and responsive, and they made everything incredibly easy from planning to execution. They were willing to customize certain dishes and made sure we were supported through the whole process. (Texting was a preferred method, it kept all asks and methods aligned.) One of the highlights was the tasting session they offered before the event -- a great chance to try out different menu options and fine-tune everything to our liking. It really set the tone for the level of professionalism and attention to detail they bring to their work. Their mango lemonade something i never considered and it was a huge hit! On the day of the event, Tandoor showed up with a full team who handled the entire setup beautifully. Three stations, appetizers, diner and desserts. The chafing dishes, were beautiful. They added their own esthetic to our event. The team didn't just drop off the food -- they created a welcoming and well-organized dining experience that fit perfectly with our celebration. Throughout the evening, their staff kept the food and drinks fully stocked, ensuring no guest ever had to wait or go without. The food itself was exactly what we had discussed -- 8 dishes, hot, tasty and made to specifications we requested. They were full of flavor, beautifully presented, and served at the right temperature... The drink options were just as we had requested, and everything flowed smoothly all night long. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! And at the end of the evening, Tandoor's team handled all the cleanup, leaving the space just as they found it -- spotless. We didn't have to worry about a thing. They packed everything up for us to take. Thanks to Tandoor, the graduation party was not only stress-free, but a genuinely an amazing, well executed and memorable event. Their professionalism, quality of service, and delicious food made all the difference. I look forward to working with them again. Good Pakistani food !! We tried their BBQ mixed platter and paneer tikka and loved it. Their lassi and mango mint lemonade is on the sweeter side and could have more flavor than sugar. We also tried their chicken korma and liked the way they serve with small fire pit. Kept it boiling hot for people who love to eat very hot food. Pandu chaat was just okay . Their menu has fewer dishes but we liked what we tried. Overall it was good and I recommend!!

Garlic Naan, Chicken Bihari Boti, Chicken Tikka Masala, Beef Bihari Kabab

This place was PHENOMENAL. I saw some content creators rave about this place on instagram and they weren't lying. My husband and I shared the Mixed Grill Plate and got: chicken tikka, chicken Bihari, and beef Bihari. All of the meat was melt in your mouth and spiced perfectly! The staff were incredibly kind and made suggestions based on what we ordered. It's overall a very quiet restaurant from a noise perspective, but multiple families were dining when we walked in. We will definitely be back!

What a total Gem of a place! So glad we have such an amazing authentic Pakistani restaurant right here in cedar park! The best Pakistani food I've had in a long time! It can give bundu khan a run for its money, yes it's that good! The Bihari kabab and the beef sheekh kabab were to die for! The Bihari kabob literally melts in your mouth! Even something as simple as a dal was so good and flavorful that It made me warm all over! They give it ina burner so it stays piping hot, just the way I like my food, I want it hot and they serve it so it stays hot!!! The service is amazing. They went above and beyond to cater to our daughter who couldn't eat spicy! So kind and sweet servers! The ambiance is great! For a change we have an Indian restaurant that has great food and great ambience! They actually cared to make it pretty! Love the decor! Can't wait to try more items! Please don't change! We loved the food!

The food is top notch . One of the best place in Austin with the vibes , great food , great ambiance. We took a platter and beef navari which came with a burner that kept it hot throughout. So happy with the food and Nada was so humble she took her time to talk to everyone I was very impressed with the way she took time for her customers. Great music to top it .

I was really amazed to see their plate and utensils. Sambhar came in a really big bowl and all 3 chutneys (coconut, peanut, tomato) were also good. The waitress came to check in on us after few mins. We provided her feedback. Restaurant is spacious and restrooms were clean. Location is good as lot of Indian families in this area but good competition as well with other south Indian restaurant. Spice Fine Indian Cuisine is a diamond (surely some of the best Indian food I have eaten in Austin) ... or a chunk of coal. Let me put it another way... I waited to see if I got sick before I wrote this review. For perspective, I grew up in Mexico. I'm not easily frightened away, but I can spot red flags. First thought upon arrival: "So glad I checked their health score on Yelp." See Spice Fine Indian Cuisine (95 out of 100). Upon closer inspection, Spice Fine Indian Cuisine (aka AG's Spice, aka Pushpa) has an abysmal record. In fact, this restaurant is simultaneously operating under three different names and has three different Yelp pages. Please see my photos to review their Food Establishment Inspection Scores from Austin's Open Data Portal. A score of 58 just last year would be considered poor and would indicate that the restaurant has had multiple critical violations, such as issues with food handling, storage, or cleanliness. In Texas, the lowest health rating a restaurant can receive is an F, or a score of 70 or below. This is a travesty, because the food really, truly was delicious, and their offerings are fascinating. If this place were truly cleaned up, it could easily become the toast of the town... it was that good. They specialize in Hyderabad cuisine- something I know nothing about - but they also serve many of American's favorite dishes, such as curry, or Tikka Masala. Red flags: - The man who came to our table to "check" on us was so unkempt that it was remarkable. His hair had not seen shampoo for a very long time. I speculate that he was one or all of the following: owner, manager, chef. - Tables and menus had been wiped clean with a very greasy cloth or sponge. The glass top was streaked everywhere. - Bits of dried old food on supposedly clean dishes (we were handed a stack of dinner plates, and two of them had them). I imagine that they use an industrial dishwasher, so I wasn't alarmed. Still... - We were the only people in the place for two hours (5-7pm) on a Saturday, which happened to be the restaurant's Happy Hour, according to their website. - A very dead potted plant right next to reception. - Three restaurant name changes? - We were seated in a booth which was not flush against the wall. In the crack, I spotted a fork, a newspaper and a wadded tissue.
