They removed the strap that had the failed part so they could ship it in. Then I didn't hear from anyone for weeks. I contacted them and they gave me the contact info for the repair facility. I contacted them and they said that the records show that the strap never left the store in Beachwood. Contacted the store again and they said that "UPS lost it". Their "solution" was to give me the amount I had paid for the purse a few years ago; that seemed good until I realized I'd have to pay an additional $100 to buy a replacement. They tried for weeks to find a strap and none were ever right. Months went by. I finally reached out to Tumi corporate offices; they connected me to the service facility and they had a strap that was exactly like the one that had been lost. It took them one day. This store does not have its act together.
