Very clean place to eat. The food was very fresh and the staff very accommodating to my wife's diabetic needs. Coffee was tasty and just the right temp. Our breakfast was moderately priced and just the right amount of food as well. I'm not a big fan of the "healthy" chips included with the breakfast but the sandwich was awesome. Tried to go check out a menu when deciding what to eat (this restaurant is attached to the Inn we stayed at) and they didn't have a single menu, plus their electronic board that displays the menu wasn't working. The next morning my partner went back for breakfast and coffee. The food was much too expensive for what it was, it was not fast at all considering go empty the place was, and they messed it up. The mistake was something so simple. My partner asked for iced coffee and was instead prepared a latte for which they were charged way more, and the latte wasn't even good. read more

This place was cheap.... I liked the home town feeling of the last place, it could of used a remodel but nothing this orange and overly hip.... I wanted hash browns with my traditional breakfast and an option of some kind of toast... and why was my pancake cut up like I was some kind of kid. I just got this feeling like this place needs someone to speak out and say, "hey put a quality check on this place!" Let's put some nicer chairs, get this lady to wait us so she can earn a little more money, buy an awesome ceramic plate set up that goes with the company(preferably orange and tangerine) I know times can be rough but I see a broad cast across the street of the advertising so I know this place does well and I love the Greenwell I just hope some kind of quality comes instead of quantity. read more

This place is AWESOME! I was in Price for work and happened upon this place. Their menu is incredible. I had an Italian sandwich and red Gouda soup. Both were super tasty. I wish I had had room for some froyo because I sampled some and it was delicious. If you're in Price, STOP HERE. I wish they had a restaurant up north. Oh, the people are awesome, too. Looking for a restaurant with vegetarian options, we lucked into a good one! We had the veggie pesto with a bowl of red pepper Gouda soup (note: the soup options change) and the caprese wrap and were delighted. So much good flavor. Portion sizes were just right. If we could give Tangerine Eatery 10 stars we would. We were traveling from Texas to Idaho and stopped by for lunch. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak wrap. He grew up in Philly and declared this to be better than any Cheesesteak he has ever eaten! The food was fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and efficient. Max, the manager, is a friendly, personable young man who greeted every guest who came into the restaurant. He made our experience memorable. What a surprising find! This is cute place has excellent service and delicious food. Their flavor profile is spot on. My breakfast sandwich with eggs, chorizo, smoked cheddar cheese and aioli in a ciabatta bun was so delicious! In our experience this is not a typical place you'd find in a small town; we'd expect that kind of food in a big city. Stopped for breakfast on our way home from Moab. He has so much energy and you can tell that he loves what he does. Tangerine Eatery was a refreshing find. The place looked relatively clean & new, with bright & retro-mod decor. The food was simple but fresh and tasty. The menu was short, but they got the basics right (e.g., breakfast, sandwiches, salads). They seemed to include some healthy options. Their froyo flavors sounded interesting, though I didn't get to try any. My friend's order came out wrong. They apologized and immediately remade his sandwich. The workers were friendly and even seemed happy to be there. When you're driving across the country, it's always a gamble when you urgently need to find a rest stop & get some food. We were relying on Yelp in the middle of nowhere, and luckily the good ratings were helpful in this case. Glad we stopped by! read more

This has quickly became one of my favorite restaurants in town. The food here is perfect to take on the go for a quick and delicious meal. I would recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich; the chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich; and the turkey cranberry sandwich. The meals often come with a healthy snack as a side and this place serves delicious frozen yogurt with a variety of flavors. The staff here is friendly and the place is nice and clean. What a bad ass new addition for Carbon County. Sandwiches are super good, and that Red Pepper Gouda soup hit the spot. The interior is pretty dope with paintings all over the walls and super modern. And FroYo galore. Super cheap too, every time I get Froyo up in Salt Lake by the time it's all weighed out it ends up costing me like 10 bucks. Mine was $.99 because I bought a meal. Super cool staff too the little short haired chica running the register and taking out the food took care of me really well. Probably one of the best places to eat in Price. Great by very friendly staff. The placrme looks clean and new, and the menu seems to have a broad choice of sandwiches and wraps, with some salad choices. Breakfast is available all day and there is a kids menu. They also have a very broad selection of froyo. The had a couple of soups so I tried a cup of clam chowder, which is one of the nicest I have had in this state.i then chowed into a Philly Cheese sandwich, tasted great, served on a smaller ciabatta roll, my wife had the Cuban and enjoyed it too. I am not sure how this has so many great reviews. We were there on Monday and the coffee was mediocre. The person I was with asked if I thought it was postum - a coffee substitute. The food descriptions were not correct ... huevos rancheros consisted of ground sausage two eggs and corn tortillas. No sauce... should have figured something was up when they said I could have my eggs scrambled in it ... and the German pancakes were not traditional German pancakes - they were more like a regular pancake that was baked in a sheet pan. It was a cute place and was clean but the food was a disappointment. Maybe the frozen yogurt would be better? read more

This was such a fun experience! Max, the cashier/host/ sandwich sommilier/and enthusiasm generator was a big part of that. The bread for the sandwiches is delicious. The cubano sandwich was really good, as was the side salad, though next time I'll get dressing on the side (too much). The grilled cheese is good, too, but know that it has a sauce on it that kids might reject. The prices are good, and they make sure you are pleased with your meal. Try it! read more

Food was ok, not great. Service was poor. They charged me an automatic 18% gratuity on my counter service order which seems really unethical. It's not as if I was given the chance to tip and declined. I normally leave a cash tip, but they took the liberty to tip themselves without my permission. I sent a message to the restaurant through the email receipt I sent, but they did not bother to respond, so I assume this is their normal business practice. read more

My husband and I stopped in on our way through town - we were lured in by the fresh sounding menu and positive reviews. I ordered a wrap and they made me a sandwich instead, and not the right sandwich at that! The woman who took my order was the same employee who tried to hand us the wrong order. I sat and waited for over 20 minutes for them to bring my correct order, which never came. My husband had the Colosseum sandwich, which was okay, but small and VERY skimpy on the cappicola (1 paper thin slice) and the pepperoni (2 slices). I waited another five minutes at the counter waiting to ask for a refund when it became obvious they weren't making my wrap - the same employee who took our order finally gave us a refund for the sandwich, but not the gratuity. Not a single apology was made by the staff at any time, nor was any offer made to quickly make the wrap. The icing on the cake was watching one of the food handlers wipe his nose on his shirt. Just what I needed after driving into Price with my toddler! We stayed at the Greenwell Inn adjacent to the restaurant. I was super pleased they were still open at 8pm when we arrived (and never did we feel rushed!) I had the Italian Colosseum which was amazing! A great recommendation by Max! And I got my daughter the Mac and cheese. They also have a beer menu which is nice, especially after a long drive. Above all the service here is the best. Frederica and Max were wonderful and so welcoming, so much so, that we went back for breakfast in the morning! For breakfast my daughter and I split the traditional breakfast with pancakes and Frederica added sprinkles to the pancake batter, what a great idea! Thank you Tangerine Eatery!
