We went in and it was busy which I mean good for them but then we sit wait twenty minutes for one glass of water that didn't get refilled, had a good time chatting with the fam to wait another hour before I had to ask the manager who was also our waitress where our order was. They hadn't even made it! I watched them scramble to get it together and bring it out one by one as they finished each meal. My sister then waited while eating off her boyfriends meal for hers to arrive which was the same meal! The food was great and we told the cooks as much but we saw our server who was a different person each time only when they brought drinks and the food. As we checked out my aunt said I think we should get at least two free meals and the manager yelled at her saying she comped the desserts, a fried ice cream and two pieces of cake as well as the drinks. We all had water except for two beers and an ice tea(comping alcohol is illegal and no way to right the situation)As we left she told us we should be embarrassed of how we acted so I said oh no you should be embarrassed of the service. I've worked good service my whole life and I've never seen it that bad. She laughs and goes ok Devin well you're all 86 and we laughed and said that wouldn't be an issue. As we walked out the door down the ramp the owner storms out and says never come back we should all be ashamed of how we acted, so I said no you should be ashamed of how your business performed tonight. He cocked his wrist to a 45 and said I should be ashamed with an exaggerated lisp. He has a gay guy working for him! He then proceeded to yell more and still have no respect for the customers bringing them business. They have since perpetuated lies of vandalism and extreme hate. Will not eat at any of their businesses (sheralds burger bar and granny j's) and will never recommend again to any friends or family visiting from out of town read more

The food is good when we finally got it after waiting two hours. Never got our water refilled never seen a waitress until they brought our food out one plate at a time took another twenty minutes to get condiments. When leaving we were told we should be embarrassed by the way we acted and were told to never come back. The owner is homophobic, made fun of the gay man we had in our group.
