I think her number one concerned was customer satisfaction,she always give the customer what they want unless they ask for a suggestion. She is totally understanding what the client wants even if you need to repeat it. Be sure to have great listening skills. The customer is always right. If they are not happy you must always ask what can I do to fix it.I watched her calm down down customer by saying she understand ..She always please the customer.. She told me happy customer they will tell there friends and family members. She never turns the client out of the mirror until you are completely done with them. At the end always show them hair do. I love this and hate when salon owners turn chair I want to watch every snip. She is so funny always happy go lucky and all the town sit in her shop like the andy griffith show. Everyone feels WELCOMED!!! She always ask them before starting if they would like a drink. the shop is cozy all walks life life come to her. She never judges anyone. She always brings the clients back to your chair as if they were a new customer for consultation every single time. She makes sure they may want a different color or cut. Horrible experience. Staff were disorganized and couldn't do basic styles. My entire family had a terrible experience but I will only speak to my own: I asked for a blow out and beach waves/loose curls. Spent over an hour and a half in the chair (when I've had this done many times over the years and it takes 30 min-45 min max). The result? Hair looking like a rats nest. Tons of product when I specifically said i didn't want much product at all. Parts of my hair were not even curled. See below. Was charged $125 for just this service. I was flabbergasted by this and mortified I brought my family here. Experience was so bad I went up the street to another salon to get a proper blow out and loose curl. $40 and did amazing. I will say, the make-up artist did a nice job. However the pricing that was given to me was not what was charged. Buyer beware.

I had a facial by Leann who was wonderful - very calming and she did a great job! I loved the products as well - I could tell things were still being "cleaned out" the following day. Jackie did a manicure and pedicure for me - the pedicure was wonderful, the manicure was just OK - I think it was partly due to the color I picked though, it really needed probably 4 coats it was so thin. I was impressed that when making the appointment they were able to recommend a stylist with a good background in color. Sabrina was very sweet, she did a great job with my highlights and cut. My hair is damaged and she was very careful to minimize further damage. The salon doesn't look like much from the outside but it is is bright and nicely equipped and decorated on the inside. All the stylists seemed to get along well and there was a cheerful vibe. It was very busy and the stylist knew most of their customers by name. The cost was about what you would expect for a cut and highlights. I would recommend giving them a try. Unlike my calls to some other local salons, this one seemed to want my business and cared that I received the best service possible.

Maybe even one of those spiked Mohawks, like in Gremlins. Wouldn't that be something? Gremlins, at the HAIR BAR. These wonderful people can do it all. They are very skilled and know precisely how to keep the in-shop vibe going so you're not nodding off in the middle of a blow-out. Even the fantastic 1987 hit film Gremlins couldn't do that. Most of all, the HAIR BAR is affordable. Clean, yes. Cool vibe all around, yes. But the prices are fair for far better than industry standard work. Like I said, it's awesome.
