When I reached the counter, I caught a better glimpse of myself (the chair I was in was so low to the ground I could only see what was above my chin,) and had to ask her to do the curls again and add a LOT of hairspray, because it was not going to hold by the time I reached my event and it was blisteringly hot and humid outside. I was right. Even with the hair spray and the second time around curls, by the time I reached the event I looked like a hot mess and just ended up tying up my hair up. I'm sure there are skilled professionals here, and maybe any other day and with someone else I might have had more luck, but sadly I will not be coming back here. 3.5 stars generously rounded up for the benefit of the doubt.

Naysa asked me to come in for a strand test to make sure that the Keratin treatment would take and not do any further damage to my hair. I just asked the girl: "Where's the blonde that I asked for?" She pouted and went to get the boss. I explained calmly that the young lady didn't do what asked and the boss said I could leave and didn't have to pay. Good! It wasn't worth the money. But stating that I used foul language is designed to offset the complaint--which was a legitimate complaint. Sad that this is the tactic this lousy hair salon has to use. I'm a super picky mom because a lot of people can't get it right. They always cut it too short or they do something to mess up their beautiful curls. I truly say I am happy with her work. Mo was very attentive, she took the time with my two-year-old to cut his hair, and most importantly she took the time to explain things to me about how his hair would turn out so we wouldn't lose the curls. Janee did a good job on correcting my daughters hair!! Do yourself a favor and come see these ladies Here we are 17 days later and the very next day I noticed that my extensions had not only been sewn in with white thread, they were wrapped all the way to the side of my head preventing me from being able to wear my hair up AT ALL.... At 7 days post installation of my extensions they were already falling out and pulling on my real hair. This could have caused serious damage as in balding had I left it like that.
