I used the list of recommended products she gave me. I am black I wear a bonnet I wrap my hair so drying on that end wasn't an issue. I was never told about oils, I believe I probably asked about hair grease(blue magic) to which she told me if that works for me then that fine. I'm always open for help. I even stopped using Shea moisture because she told me about the formula change that may have aid to the damage I had last summer. I COULDN'T pick up bc I was working and called her back during my lunch break to which she recommended Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo and conditioner -I help for maybe 24/48hours then after bad irritation reoccurred -In addition, told me all the time I did receive a cut/trim bc I expressed my concerned about the length and the number of time I had a cut/trim. (6-8wk intervals if I remember correctly) ***i put trust in you guys (her specifically) bc I was happy with the results up until this point*** 2/22/2021(pharmacy receipt)- I pick up my prescription shampoo and PRESCRIPTION hair oil that I had to wash out an hour after putting on. These PRESCRIPTIONS actually calms my scalps. 2/24/2021(insta dm )-Sierra tells me the shedding might be normal because people could shed 100 strands a day. It was shedding and breaking well more than 100 strands as you can see from the pictures -And she tried to reassure me my last trim was internally (WHICH SHE SAID IN THE INSTA DM) so I wouldn't lose length. But I did. All my friends, family, and my new stylist said it look like I received a cut. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt because she said she just it was tighter curls so I was waiting for them to fall to its actual length. It didn't. I got a cut. **** between these two dates I called to make an appointment for the "strengthening/resurrection treatment(her words in the Instagram DM)" and I expressed my desire to get braids to what she did warn me that it would be dry to my hair. It's too embarrassing to have your broken hair on your shoulders on a daily basis. I canceled my appointment online and scheduled my box braids for the 3/19/2021 having of apprehension going back after this experience**** 3/2/2021(Instagram DM)-my last correspondence with Sierra expressing my embarrassment and disappointment bc my hair was tree branching split throughout my strands in which I SENT HER A VIDEO OF. Literally shedding at work. May 4(PayPal receipt)-new stylist/when that pic was taken. To reiterate, the only change was the addition of dye. I never said it touched my scalp but the only change was the hair dye. I do remember Sierra saying that you guys received a new product (it had a sweet smell to it) that you guys were testing out around that time that did touch my scalp after the rinsing out the color so it could've been that. I don't know. Like I said in my initial response absolutely no one knows how a person will react to particular chemicals/products. Which is why I did not put any blame to Sierra if my hair/scalp reacted the way it did. I even stated that I appreciated Sierra for giving me a list of multiple products I could use. But your tone as a business owner sets the same tone for your business very unprofessional. I understand that there are other stylists at your business, as why I mentioned Sierra. I do hope that anyone who is thinking of patronizing this business, has a better customer service experience than I had. Otherwise, if you don't mind the drive, there are a number of well-skilled stylists in Woodbridge, who not only are friendly to all of their clients but provide healthy hair care at a fraction of the cost.

All I do now is make my appointment,and when i walk in..she pretty much has everything ready to go...my daughters get their hair done by Tina as well,and have had soo many compliments on their styles. I enjoy the people,the calmness of the salon and the price!
