New to the area, I tried this Salon and would not return…read more Upon arriving, One of the Technicians was sitting in one of the pedicure chairs "sleeping", and the Technician that did my pedicure wasn't thorough. He was nice, but never told me that the cuticle remover that he used was extra, and didn't do a good job with my cuticles on my toenails. He knew I wanted 2 designs but didn't ask me what kind I wanted, before I knew it, he was painting something I really didn't care for. I realized The designs were $5 extra, which would have made my total $30. He charged me $35. I could have crossed the 301 Bridge to my regular Nail Tech in LaPlata, Md. but since I really wanted to find someone local, I gave this Salon a try. I know I could have said something at the time, I just didn't want to cause a scene. I would not return again.

They have the most trashy bathroom and the employees cant do anything about it unless they become construction workers. THE AC DOES NOT WORK. ELECTRICAL problems galore and they wont get any of these issues maintained . Multiple customers reported having hair almost caught fire due to faulty outlets. Etc. i could do on. Washer and dryer always breaking so stylists cant do hair, i was even told the "area manager" wasn't even a stylist. How is she/he to know whats good for a salon when they don't actually do any hair ?! Baffles me.
