Being a small business they probably called to let her know about the delay, right? Nope. Also part of the order were some framed pictures. It's now after the 4th of July and no sign of either. But updates from the store, right? Nope. To make matters worse, the salesman Keegan, is one of the rudest customer service people ever. When my wife would call for updates (because the store doesn't give any), he would say the delay is no big deal, and he doesn't know why she was upset. Really? Since there wasn't even an estimated delivery date come Father's Day, the store put together a gift basket. Any time my wife asked for an update after that, they would refer to the gift basket, as if this had righted all wrongs. The bombshell is that the owner of this establishment is complacent in this. After weeks of delays my wife asked for a call from the owner. Keegan the sales person said, "it's the weekend." Thanks for the calendar update. Over a week later, still no word from the owner. We love supporting small businesses and were excited to outfit our new home from this store (and told them so). But after getting 2 out of 5 things after 3 months and being told that we are the problem by the sales staff, there is just no reason to shop here.

Nobody helps, only a woman hiding in the back of the reception staring at ours with her eyes rolling and mouth pouted. You think I am too sensitive? Not at all. I picked some dresses and wanted to try it on. So as the regular process, she should take my clothes and make me in the line waiting for the fitting room - it may not be the responsibility but she did that to everyone in the store at that period. I waited, and I talked to her - she heard that, but did not give us any response. She let another girl, who come later than me, use the fitting room. I found that, and I questioned - silence and no response again. She then took the clothes I picked - after I noticed her many times. When it is my turn, I asked her to pass me the clothes. She rolled her eyes and did not give me any response. I waited there for a long time again. While everyone has a basic "welcome" and "bye-bye," we don't receive any polite greeting. I am sad cuz I love Boston, I lived here for a long time, and as an Asian I never met any racism in Boston. My bad for clicking purchase and not noticing the fee that was totally unexpected. As soon as I noticed a few seconds later when the charge appeared on my AmEx, I tried to cancel the order but no one responded till the next day that it was not possible to cancel. When I asked why I was charged such a high duty fee, the again next day response was that it was due to Trumps tariffs. This is where the blatant fraud starts. The order was placed on July 7th. Trump's tariffs are not set to take place until August. When I tried to address this I received no answer. I decided that I will return the items as soon as they arrive. Here is the icing on the cake. They will not refund the duties. Somewhere, buried in pages of policies, they state that duties are not refundable and that any duties charged are basically a made up amount that the company estimates on their own. Please beware and never buy from them. It's a shame how supposedly a luxury brand has stooped this low.
