I'm canceling my membership this week and going to California Tan instead since I have to drive anyways. Room 3 (the best bed they have now since they removed the nice high pressure bed and replaced it with an old sun angel no one wants to use) has had bulbs out for over a year. I went today on a whim hoping it would have improved and sure enough, there are even more bulbs out!!! I can't believe the cost of a membership and this is the state of the downtown location! This should be one of the best! Why can you not provide a K11 bed like all the others? Why are you allowing almost half of the bulbs in the tanning beds to be out for months on end...And the staff is so nice but they will send you into the bed without warning you that half of the bulbs are out. I had to flip around half way through my tan to try to get even and ended up with a big burn on my leg from hitting the top. It's unacceptable. They don't offer hardly any spa services, it's the most bare bones location. It's so frustrating that this is such a convenient spot but I have to drive elsewhere to get my moneys worth. After the airbrush tan I sort of felt the coloring was super dark but figured that was just the bronzing aspect. Fast forward 12 hours and I am absolutely orange/dark. Because I am so fair, the airbrush tan is really unforgiving and I have so many awkward color patches. It's very unnatural looking and an obvious spray tan. I think as experienced as Britney was, I would trust she'd pick a color that was right for me. Instead I got an over tan and it's really terrible looking. PS I provided this feedback directly via text but did not receive a response. I'm not looking for anything from the owner other than more thoughtfulness for the next person who gets a spray tan and to take into consideration their natural skin tone and then tailoring the spray tan to that.
