I found Dr. Kevin on yelp about a year ago and immediately started feeling better! He is so smart he can assess where he needs to focus and make you mobile again! Most recently I was having random headaches- just mentioned it to him and he figured out it was my jaw! WOW - He's also very nice, kind and will do all he can to squeeze you in. Thankful I found you Dr. Kevin! See you next week:)

I went to my doctor and she confirmed that it was a neck spasm and referred me to Dr. Kevin Wong. He saw how much pain I was in and worked on my neck slowly to bring down the inflammation. I remember him using a tool that looked like a door stopper lol that tool helped decrease the inflammation slowly. It was a couple visits before he was able to adjust me. I was also given an ice pack that I was told to use to help the inflammation go down. I can't remember how many sessions it took but I was feeling a lot better and very appreciative on how gentle and sweet he was to me. 20 years later... I'm back haha but this time it was for my left hip. It was to the point that I could barely walk without being in pain. I remembered Dr. Kevin Wong and how nice and gentle he was. Took me forever to make an appointment... adulting isn't easy. I made the appointment and when I arrived at Dr. Kevin Wong's office I already left a sense of relief. I told Dr. Kevin Wong about my hip and he could see how much pain I was in. He could also see how tense my neck and shoulders were and couldn't believe how bad it was. This might sound weird but it was nice that he could tell how much pain my body was in. I felt like I was alone in it because there was no way I could express to people the pain I was going through. I feel it somedays but I think I have been so used to the pain and being uncomfortable it was normal to me. No more door stopper looking tool. Dr. Kevin Wong used a stim tool and a heating pad to loosen up my muscles before adjusting me. I can see how being adjusted might seem scary or weird for some people but Dr. Kevin Wong is the best and makes you very comfortable. When I say it changed my life is an understatement. My hip has been healed and my neck will need to be adjusted here and there. It a genetic neck pain...Thanks dad haha I have ordered orthopedics so that I will not have hip pain in the future. Thank you Dr. Kevin Wong for making me feel back to real normal!

I had simply asked to speak to him of an unfortunate morning appt experience where me and another guy-both over 70, who had 10:30 and 10:45 appts, were made to wait while an 11:00 young hispanic man was taken in before us. Woodcox would not even apologize. The 10:30 guy paced back and forth before the recept window and Maria said she "sees him". BTW: we had to listen to her when a hispanic guy came out from his appt and for 10 min she berated him for never learning to speak Spanish. Not office etiquette. When Maria found out that I spoke privately to Woodcox about appt times, she flew into a judgmental rage at me, went into his room and when the two came out she would not make another appt for me but instead said coldly to call her when I got home. It wasn't clear to me at first as she was being vague, sneaky, manipulative that she had gotten Woodcox to drop me as a patient just because I advocated for myself. To do this over such a small issue, the way in which he did it, and to a senior disabled citizen with a workers comp case, ruins my case. There was no care at all for my life and how they were affecting it. He should know better how to end an OWCP case for a person with a partially disabled foot/ankle to get settlement but did not care and just had me hanging on each month coming in so he could collect payment. Now he only sees patients one day a week and paid to be a QME so he has his income set. I should have had partial foot loss settlement, but without his recommendation and exam for that I cant. No matter how many like him, this is also how he is. He really doesn't care about people though he puts on a good act for the money. Too hard to find another OWCP dr for long term injury. Very cruel guy and staff. When they do wrong they turn it on patient.

With her support, my baby flipped into optimal position and I was able to have the birth experience I dreamt of. I've been blown away by how thorough her care is. She takes the time to ask about what's going on in my body and explain what she's doing. I've learned so much! Through my pregnancy and postpartum days Dr A. has helped me and my baby feel our best!

While my HMO initially advised me to wait out the pain, offered opiate painkillers I was not comfortable taking, and recommended exercises I could not perform, Dr. A traveled to my home for my initial session and actually looked at my back and body. Her first adjustment enabled me to walk taller and longer than I had since my initial injury. When I had a setback and my progress stalled, Dr. A correctly identified that I had a ruptured disc and helped arm me with information needed to advocate for more invasive medical intervention that was also pregnancy safe. In addition to adjustments, she took time to connect me with a stabilizing belt, exercises, and ways of moving that helped me function enough to do things like watch my 4-year-old, take showers, prepare quick meals, and slowly but surely build strength and endurance. Through it all, Dr. A demonstrated again and again her incredible gift for trauma-informed body work. At a time when I didn't trust anyone to touch my body--myself included--I knew I was in good hands with Dr. A. She is gentle and confident, sincere and compassionate, and she possesses an innate ability to listen well and connect deeply. From our first meeting, I felt safe with Dr. A. This safety and trust helped me not only move again but also rebuild my own trust in my body and in myself. I returned to Dr. A after giving birth as I dealt with recovery for both c-section surgery and my ruptured disc. She laid the groundwork for physical and mental recovery, giving me the confidence to move forward--body and mind--in a healthier way for myself and my kids. Today, I am back to work, able to hike, hold my kids, and once again feel strong in my body. Thank you, Dr. A for helping me return to my life and body in a deeper, richer way.
