The reason I'm giving this a low rating is because today....after going many times.... I brought up vaccines. I informed them I wanted to take it slow. One at a time and what is only recommended for school.... after I wanted 50 mins to see him. Here is what I got in return after I said that: -dr. Yamaguchi handled my son roughly and made him cry multiple times ( and he was supper happy n smiley with me on the table) and blamed it on "separation anxiety ", which my son does not have. -was told that I would have to go in every week if I wanted to do one shot at a time ( umm kids don't go to school till their five sooo NO) -told me the flu shot is not required for school but is required for their office ( I'm sorry excuse me???) -didn't even talk about it. Just told me that I live in Petaluma and their are great practices up there and he would be happy to transfer my sons paperwork. If you want no control over what u want for your kid and u want the doctor to decide everything for your kid then this is the place for you. But if u care about your kid and if u have specific needs or if you don't want certain vaccines or u just don't want to follow some made up rule just because or treat your kid roughly Because you as a parent feel one way.....then DONT go here!

As we got closer to our due date and reality was sinking in that we were truly going to have a baby…read more(!) my husband and I talked about the idea of having a post-partum doula. We just wanted the peace of mind, especially because we did not have any family around and wanted to make sure we had some support if things were not going well. We found Regula on Yelp and then also found out that she was the post-partum doula for my husband's coworker who LOVED Regula. We engaged Regula to come a 3-4 days a week for the first 6 weeks after having our little one. We were so glad we made the decision to employ Regula. The first 6 weeks are so hard to navigate. Is he eating enough? Is he still hungry, is he sleepy, is it normal he is only sleeping for 20 minutes, should I try and keep him up, should I let him cry a little? So many doubts and questions. It was so wonderful to have Regula around to give that reassurance and confidence. Our son was healthy and happy, we still faced usual challenges. Our son lost a little more weight than the doctors want to see (~12%) so that was a bit stressful. As was my husband getting the flu when Oliver was 2 weeks old. Regula was our rock, personal lactation consultant, and support system. She let us know what was normal and what wasn't, and she put as at so much ease being there for us. She made such a difference to both me and my husband. Regula is also just such a lovely person, with such a calm and warm presence and was so nice to have some socialization during that time without being stressed about having a little one around because that is what she was there for. I personally would recommend everyone use a post-partum Doula (and Regula specifically!) if you've nervous about bringing your newborn home. She made such a big impact on us. To keep him asleep, I was feeding him all night (literally on and off from 11 to 7), and we never got more than a two-hour window, even at the beginning of the night. I needed help fast. Enricka was booked, but she offered to coach us over the phone and create a sleep (and feed) plan that included night weaning. I was skeptical but desperate. We did everything she said, and although there was some crying of course, there was no "crying it out." We were always there to provide comfort. Within three nights of implementing the plan, our baby had gone from a dozen night wakings to not waking up from bedtime until 5 in the morning. Within a week, he was no longer crying when we put him to bed but cooing in his crib. Enricka has been so kind and encouraging, and she's always available for all of our questions, big and small. She also supported my desire to exclusively breastfeed, and helped me maintain my supply as we transitioned away from night feedings. I truly can't say enough good things about Enricka.
