Everyone at the practice is super friendly. Janice is super sweet. We were just there today and they asked my son what he wants to be when he grows up . He said a meteorologist. Dr. Ferrell knows someone at Fox 29 news. My son was so excited to hear this . They researched his contact information and called me with it this afternoon. SO very nice!!! We have really good insurance and they still charged us $22 for who know what (they said not for fluoride), we had never paid anything for regular check up at other places, and our insurance covers three fluoride treatments per year for free. Also the front desk is very rude, I told her I need to grab my credit card to pay and she just hung up on me and when I call back she accused me I am the one who hung up first. I suggest going somewhere else. Also don't trust google review. Try to post on google but doesn't show up. Google got paid to "filter" low rating reviews.

Dr. Rose was so friendly and the staff were great at warming up my little one up to the new environment. They even put our name on a sign along with other kids who were coming that day so we felt welcome! Apparently the kids don't actually sit in the chair until 3+ so we'll come back every 6 months and have our child lay on the dentist and I knee-to-knee for quick checks. I like Dr. Solow (the son); you may get a smile out of him here and there but he is not here for that! He is tightening those teeth. If you need sweet bedside manner, look for the hygienists for that. Dr. Solow is not going to sweet talk you or your kids, so cut it out. If you want to get the process done quick with maximum results, I highly recommend him. In addition, we have been for general dentistry at this location and at 6th and Chestnut location. We are able to get early appointments so we can go before school. We haven't needed anything more then a checkup so not sure how the other procedures rate. The doctors are ok. Feels like they are kind of going thru the motions with patients. They give the kids prizes such as wall climbers which my son loves. I was a bit sad that the son doctor took care of my son this time and told him "Don't throw them on the wall or ceiling because they will stain". I told my son to stop but I probably should have said "Why give them to kids then".

They have always been amazing. Although they can get busy at times, they still do their best to fit us in whenever possible. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and always honest and straightforward. The office is clean, and while the waiting area is small, it has never been an issue. Occasionally, other patients may be rude, but that is completely beyond the staff's control. Once you're brought to the back, the treatment rooms are spacious, which is especially helpful when accompanying my youngest child. The team has an immense amount of patience, something I truly appreciate firsthand. My son was not the easiest patient for several years, and they always made me feel comfortable--never embarrassed. I could say so many wonderful things about this office. We've been coming here for 12 years, and even though I live an hour away now, I've never even considered going anywhere else--that truly speaks volumes.

The office management is poor, it's literally like pulling teeth (pun intended) to get them to answer the phone. Their registration & sign-in process is disorganized. There are plenty of other fine children's dentistries in the nearby area. Call one of them instead.

They ended up charging us almost $200 for X-rays. They said that only the doctor's consultation is free, but not the X-rays. I was outraged by the hidden charges when I thought free consultation means Free!! Do not go there if you really want a Free consultation!

I will warn others to please ask all the questions and research thoroughly before deciding this. I really would have hoped the staff should have clearly told me the cost involved. I had purposely kept the sealant appointment at a future date in order to check with my insurance. But when we came for another appointment, we were told they could do the sealant and most insurances would cover this as this comes under preventive care. This wasn't the case though and I feel mislead by the staff. I feel I was intentionally misled to get the sealants done. I had specifically raised the concern with the staff just before the sealant was applied that i am afraid insurance will not cover this, but i was assured that this was preventive and should cover it. However when i go to the front desk, I hear a totally different tune that insurance usually does not cover this. I definitely think this is a scam to rip off $ from patients.

When I got there for some reason the apt was not in the system, but the front desk staff made sure to fit us in and take extra care of us, which after driving 35 min in rush hour morning traffic made this Momma super thankful. Dr Jenny Kim is amazing and Jen the hygienist was incredible with my son. They explained everything to him and made it fun to have your teeth checked. Dr Jenny offered great advice and how my son's treatment for the next visit would go. He was able to pick a prize out of the prize basket for doing so well! It was all over an amazing experience. Would highly recommend.
