I spent time in Vegas to celebrate my best friend and her partner's birthdays and one of the days was partying at TAO Beach. The vibes were great, we had perfect weather and the music was amazing! On top of that, the service and food were top notch! We were partying, keeping hydrated and stayed energized all day long! It was such an unforgettable experience for all of us

This is one of several day club spots at the Venetian in Vegas that you may want to go to if you are looking for a huge packed pool, a younger crowd (under 45-50) that wants to party, loud music, great drinks, near naked girls, decent snacks, popular singers, well-known DJs, and a remodeled Asian-influenced decor. Servers are available but don't expect fast service. Patience is necessary. Be sure to get your tickets ahead of time so that you can avoid long lines. My daughter showed me around the place just to see what today's scene is like. I was amazed, lol. I can see the appeal. We each had a drink. Before too long as it was hot outside, I left for the casino and she stayed to have fun with new friends. She had a great time.

food is really good here, i like the chicken tenders and fries + fruit bowl. drinks are eh, the open bar is pretty limited for how much it costs. cabanas are comfy, but could use more shade. i was getting toasted in the vegas sun lol. it's a hit or miss, uh, like the security here. i lost a pair of sunglasses in the pool, and someone turned it into the lost and found. one of the security guards was very friendly and helpful with me, but sadly after like an hour of going back and forth, he never could find my glasses. i have the feeling that one of the guards (not him i think) pocketed my ray bans. it really sucked. 200 + dollars down the drain :( RIP to my sunnies

Beautiful. I was completely blown away by how well designed the place was. This was my first time in Vegas and it was extremely easy to navigate for events. The drinks were expensive, but nothing too alarming for being in Vegas. A shot around $27 for reference. The are was kept very clean and it got crowded pretty quickly. If you are going for a popular show, I would recommend getting there at 10:30am-11am in order to grab a drink before the bar gets too full and you can claim a spot at the front.

Honestly, not the best experience at Tao Beach Club. Drinks were insanely overpriced (even for Vegas), and it was so packed it felt way over capacity -- barely any space to move. Staff was also super rude, which really killed the vibe. Fisher was the only thing that saved the day The energy he brought was unreal -- but they kept blocking the view with dancers right in front of him, which made no sense since he was the main attraction. Would only consider going back if they fix the setup and vibe.

Pretty fun before it get hot. Drinks are really expensive but good, service really nice and fast.

    The bungalow

I absolutely LOVED this place! We got the bungalow that was a minimum spend of $3k. We were the first to arrive so we were able to get the bungalow farthest to the right, which was a plus because the bungalow holders get a restroom a part from the rest of the crowd which means no waiting and just a few steps away. The pool was crystal clear with a perfect view of the main pool and the stage and it wasn't too cool - it was perfect! What I also loved is that across from the pool, there were other tables that people had to pay for which means we didn't have to worry about the public getting too close to us and invading our personal space, which was a big issue we had to deal with when we rented a cabana at Drais day club which cost over $10k. The crowd kept invading our pool space and security tried very little to stop them but Tao was the opposite. Young women would try to walk by and security immediately stopped them and turned them away. The food was okay, I can't say it was great because I had better but the wings was the best dish. We ordered vodka and chasers with Daquiri and Melon pitchers - they were so good!! We initially started with one server but throughout the day they all pitched in and made sure we were taken care of. They would come up to us at the pool and continued to ask if we were okay which means we were able to stay inside the pool and enjoy the rest of the day. Shot out to security, they were amazing and did a great job making sure no one invaded our space and making sure our restrooms were readily available. We loved it so much, we will be going back next month.

I feel like I was here almost once a month for 4 years and it's a venue that I always enjoyed. The merch here was always on the main casino floor and very spacious, while downstairs/the venue itself was pretty darn massive. The main floor was large, the bar area had a ton of room as well as tables, and upstairs had bleacher style seating that sucked when I first started going, but got updated and were super nice by the time I left. I managed to see bands such as Bayside, I Am The Avalanche, Killswitch Engage, Ville Valo, Static-X, Cannibal Corpse, and many many more acts over the years and I wanted to make sure I left this place the positive review I think it deserves. Overall, The House of Blues is a top notch venue and one of the best for alternative music in Las Vegas. Would it be better if it wasn't locatd in the middle of the massive Mandalay Bay Casino? Probably, but the place has great sound, a ton of space, and even some good food to go with it. I'll definitely be back in the future!

It has a very relaxed vibe.. order at the bar, find a seat, sing along! I'm used to karaoke bars that have private rooms, but it's an experience seeing people sing in front of the crowd! My husband and I shared a huge fishbowl cocktail that was deliciously dangerous, but the unexpected star of the show were their fries! I've never seen a potato cut like that and it's something I've never seen - imagine a potato wedge spiral that's not too thick, perfectly crunchy. We got the Parmesan truffle one and the sauce was so good! Cheese curds were also good! The energy, the crowds, the talented musicians, the atmosphere where every bar feels like a mini concert... we were hoping to relive at least a little bit of that magic here in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened the moment we walked through the doors. When you picture a Jason Aldean country bar, you imagine loud music, packed crowds, boots hitting the floor, people singing along, bartenders slinging drinks at Mach 5, and an atmosphere that feels alive. Instead, we walked into what felt like a country-themed waiting room. On a Friday night during prime time, maybe six tables out of what looked like 100 were occupied. The music wasn't bad necessarily... it was just aggressively generic. The kind of band you'd find on a lower-budget Carnival cruise ship performing "Sweet Caroline" for the fourth time that week while somebody named Linda double-fists margaritas nearby. Every act felt like they were generated by an AI program called "Top 100 Requested Bar Songs." Technically fine musicians, but completely lacking any personality, uniqueness, or actual energy. At no point did the place ever feel like a true country music venue. Honestly, the most shocking part was how easy it was to sit there and comfortably have full-volume conversation all night long. In a country bar, that's basically a code red emergency. The food was decent enough. Nothing terrible, nothing memorable, just kind of existing. The drinks were wildly overpriced, but welcome to the Las Vegas Strip where apparently Tito's and soda now require financing options. What truly confused me though... not once the entire night did I hear a Jason Aldean song. Not from the live bands. Not over the speakers between sets. Nothing. Which feels kind of like going to Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar and nobody mentioning flavor for three hours. I genuinely don't understand how this place survives long term. If you had told me they were permanently closing in six months, I honestly wouldn't be surprised based on how empty it was and how little incentive there is to ever come back after experiencing it once. Maybe we caught an off night. But if this was supposed to be the Vegas version of Broadway in Nashville... somebody accidentally sent us to the airport Holiday Inn lounge instead.

Immersive shows that require audience participation are tough even in Vegas (ex: Disco Show closed down, same premise.) If your time slot group is small, everyone is shy or somehow Southern Baptist and don't believe in dancing, the experience is going to be not as fun. The show starts out as a reggae dance hall with a DJ and a bar. The drinks are super expensive. Make it more affordable and I think people will loosen up. Subsequent rooms have a fairytale quality in retelling the story of Bob Marley. If you didn't see his biopic prior to coming to the show, I'd advise doing that so you have the gist of the timeline of his life. The show is heavily dependent on how much you're willing to dance to the music with whoever else is with you. If everyone stands around while the performers dance around you, it's going to feel like a long show. When I went, I had just arrived back from a cruise to Jamaica maybe 2-3 days earlier. Of course I came back with a terrible sunburn and physically couldn't dance because my skin hurt so bad. Lol of course. I felt bad because I try to be a good sport so the performers don't feel bad if everyone isn't participating, but all I could do is sway. If you don't like to participate in shows, are very shy, don't like reggae this show isn't for you. If you like to dance and you're interested in Bob Marley, I'd go to this. Visited: October 2025
