He was professional, kind and very attentive to detail. The crew that came each day, -2-4 workers depending on if they were replacing dry rot wood or painting, were professional, friendly and have a very strong work ethic. He had a special guy that built a custom pillar for our little bungalow to give it an updated, Craftsman look. All the workers were hustling everyday, and very experienced at what they do. They also installed a new address sign for us and doorbell. My house is updated and stands out in our neighborhood for quality and style. I highly recommend Ron for honest, integrity in pricing, and quality, quality work.

They showed up on time and completed two bathroom remodels AND an office (wall + French doors) in two months! Is that record or what? Don't worry no skimp on details. Even with issues with materials (mostly vanities) being so difficult, needing extra time to adjust plumbing, wait on slow shipping, or issues with products and needing to order again (doors), all still completed in time. We finish just under budget estimated and I still got pretty high end products. Look at all the tile!!! My favorite part is my office is no longer part of main house and has double doors. Extremely happy with these projects! Oh and also his team is small, some construction companies come in with 10+ people at first visit no thank you, I had total of 8 people in my house, and not all at once.

He was able to get installed in a few days. I was impressed by John's knowledge of all the other flooring companies and was confident that they could not beat his price. It was true after receiving multiple quotes. Alfredo and his crew were efficient and did great work. The one thing I noticed is they used an automatic stretcher which gives a tighter install than others who use the knee kick method. The install was tight and clean. If you're ready to pull the trigger and get quality carpet/flooring installed, I highly recommend John and United Flooring. I have been doing business with this company for 15 years, the father turned the business over to…read morethe son and the father had a great eye for detail and a good job. When the father turned the business over to the son, they immediately raised my rate by a third. Almost immediately the company went from a great quality landscape maintenance to a "Blow and go" service. If they spent more than 5-10 min a week on my property, they would consider it a project. The father had pride in what he did and the son, not at all. When I complained about the poor quality, he cut and run and we fired each other right away. I would try to connect of texts and phone and got no reponse. When I asked them to come out the next day so I could show him what I was reffering to, he said he would show up later in the week when he had time during his normal stop. He will be happy to take your money but don't tell him you have a problem and he will bail. "I have a postage stamp of a lawn and they do a little trimming once a month for $200 per month. $200 per month for a 10 min blow and go. Zero customer service or communication.
