The customer service was downright awful. Instead of being professional or welcoming, the employees acted like they were doing me a favor just by standing there. I go to gun ranges to feel safe, respected, and taken seriously -- not to be treated like I'm ruining someone's day by showing up. There are plenty of other ranges that actually respect their customers and appreciate your business. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else.

I work long hours in HVAC, especially this time of year, and I live about an hour away from the shop. Dillon called Sunday to let me know it cleared and that I could come pick it up, but I didn't receive the message until Monday night. When I called Tuesday morning, I was told the gun had already been sold and that I could be placed on a wait list instead. After driving out there, waiting on the background delay, and trying to coordinate around work, that was really disappointing to hear. I understand inventory moves quickly, but I feel like more time should have been given considering the circumstances and the communication we had beforehand.
