The people aren't very friendly to me, but I keep coming back because the food is so tasty and a great value.

Food, the chicken was dry the beans were taste less, rice was hard, the girl at the window wow rude as heck!! WTH not a hello not even a thank you got mad cus I told her I asked for large agua de horchata!!! The horchata water was good though the restaurant was empty and it was sunday maybe it gets busy during the week. The burger was big the meat was thin but OK. Not going back just because of CS. I purchased two chickens yesterday EVENING, we were not able to finish all of them so we left them for breakfast. It is 10:29 am the next day and the chickens are rotten spoiled. Called the restaurant but the person in charge just told us that they're food is made without any preservatives and that's why they spoiled so quick. He didn't realize that I cook all the time and my food is made without any preservatives also... it is not going to go bad for sitting a few hours out. Had driven by several times...loved the concept, and grabbed some to go on my way out of town few months back...all I can say was Meh....was just ok, and the sides did not impress. Normally this place is amazing. Their hours say open until 10. I went in at 9:15 PM and they where rushing me to order and split. Wouldn't let me eat in the dining area when there where already Hispanics sitting there talking. They handed me my order in a Togo bag. They closed up at 9:30PM!!! Young girl "Leslie" at the counter, wearing a mask, was extremely rude!! I will not be back now. There are way to many places to eat in this town!! My biggest regret is driving past this place multiple times and not stopping in to try it sooner!! I let the lady know that I was a first time customer, and she recommended the half chicken special. Delicious. I went back the very next day and got another half chicken special (because I HAD to have more), and it was also delicious-of course! Try them, you won't be disappointed. A great price for a very good sized meal that also comes with fresh, from scratch beans, corn tortillas and rice, with a drink as well.
