Onion rings were crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, with a little bit of that tangy beer batter flavor. The burger was piled high with tart, crunchy pickles, crisp lettuce, and a big tomato wedge that was perfectly ripe. Rounding up the presentation was some of the crispies, most perfectly cooked bacon. I've seen in a while and a nice wedge of Gouda cheese, melting, and oozing over it all. On the first bite, you could tell this was definitely chargrilled and done right. The beef was cooked through, but not dried out and the whole thing was a big juicy delicious pile of goodness. My waitress, Allie, was Jonny on the spot with everything.
