The surprise win was the fried shrimp were actually really good just too salty. And this is coming from a Cajun. But good job I'd actually rate it pretty close to flavor we get back home! Dropped in today because I was craving a good burger and I've heard wonderful things about the Blitzed Pig... Allie greeted me almost immediately and got me seated and set up with a sweet tea and a menu. She returned just a few minutes later and answered all the questions that I had about the menu - which were many - because there's quite a selection to be had here. I finally settled on the Gouda burger with crispy bacon on a lightly toasted, brioche bun and all the fixings. I upgraded my Fries to beer batter onion rings, and boy was that NOT a mistake. Onion rings were crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, with a little bit of that tangy beer batter flavor. The burger was piled high with tart, crunchy pickles, crisp lettuce, and a big tomato wedge that was perfectly ripe. Rounding up the presentation was some of the crispies, most perfectly cooked bacon. I've seen in a while and a nice wedge of Gouda cheese, melting, and oozing over it all. On the first bite, you could tell this was definitely chargrilled and done right. The beef was cooked through, but not dried out and the whole thing was a big juicy delicious pile of goodness. My waitress, Allie, was Jonny on the spot with everything. Sort of like the butler from Mr. Deeds; anytime you would start to think about needing something, she would magically appear and practically read your mind, bringing you exactly what you wanted. I was shocked to discover she's fairly new here because she's really good at her job and seems to fit right in. Overall, I'd give the burger and 9.5 out of a 10. It might be able to use just a tad bit of more seasoning. I'd give Allie an 11 out of 10 because she really went above and beyond not just for me, but her service was so good, I actually watched her with the other patrons and she was all over it like a bad topure on Howard Cosell, only in a good read more

The food is excellent. In my humble opinion, they have the best pizza in Hot Springs that I have tried. The service is impeccable. The whole staff is friendly and professiona. The ambience is killer. If you ever get a chance to see Ryan Harmon perform here I highly recommend it. He was on American Idol season 18 he should've won. My wife found this place on Facebook events, glad she did. It was Thursday and we wanted a good sports bar where we can watch some football, have a cold drink and eat some good food, we weren't disappointed. Large area with adequate seating, nice bar area and small dance floor and outdoor seating as well. Wait staff was super friendly and talkative, the other patrons were as well, which makes this place even more enjoyable. The fried pickles slices was on point and we both had the crab and shrimp boil; 2 clusters of crab, about 25 shrimp each (wow), 2 slices of sausage, corn and potatoes...seasoned well and not too spicy, we couldn't finish all the shrimp. Our waitress Ariel, told us she was hungover multiple times, said she didn't want to be there and told us "jokingly" to fu*k off multiple times. I asked for a water and she said no, which I never got a water. Couldn't get the tickets right, over charged one ticket and then gave 2x the amount cash back on another. Needed a refill, waitress was nowhere ti be found. I asked for ranch, to which she proceeded to fake chunk my ranch at me, then proceeded to say she was just fing with me. Avoid coming here if at all possible. It's seat yourself, but the wait staff will take about 15-20 minutes just to bring your drink order. Waited 30 minutes for chips and salsa.
