I ended up asking for a refund for a different reason because I didn't want to make a scene, and my girlfriend threw her drink out. There also seemed to be milk tea sitting out unrefrigerated in a non-insulated keg. All in all, I would be open to coming back in the future if changes are made, but the laziness of AI-generating menu images and the lack of hygiene means that I won't be back for a while.

I had to toss my drink after less than half of it because it was too sweet. My friends didn't really like their drinks. One of them thought her milk tea was powdery and unpleasant.
