Small dumpy bar deserves respect for friendly bartenders and having sports and a pool table.

Actually could be a lot worse but it turned out better. The prices are okay to be honest. Coming in here it was actually kind of quiet with the bartender and a few watching TV and just chilling. It's a pretty basic looking place. The drinks are the main thing. Has okay prices but these are in tiny cups. It's about $7 for a basic cocktail like whiskey and whatever. At the front is a window you can order pizza. These are hardly fresh and frozen since who knows so forget these. It's about $2 for a bag of chips. These are much more trustworthy. Go when lighter out to keep from getting in trouble with anyone. It's on Crawford at 159th Street. The patrons usually aren't violent.

I stepped away because I want to order food when I came back to my drink there was a bug in my drink the bartender immediately addressed the situation she poured the drink out and immediately made another drink. The male bartender that initially took care of me was really nice but the female was extremely standoffish. You're only able to order pizza from inside the bar if you want anything outside of that you must go next door in order food which I felt that was a huge inconvenience. The bar has let's flying around. Unfortunately I will not be back....

We sat at the bar and chatted with the bartender. I didn't get her name, but she was personable and affable. My brother was familiar with her since he visits semi-regularly. My brother loves both the burgers and pizza. He claimed the pizza rivals Fox's pizza in Beverly, so naturally I had to check it out. The pizza is good, but it's no Fox's!! We ordered double pepperoni, which was perfectly thin and crispy. It was a little too greasy for me, but other than that, I have no complaints. I also had an amaretto stone sour, which was delicious. My brother had a drink as well, but I can't recall which one. He always orders it, though, so clearly the bartender prepares it to his liking. The bar has a welcoming neighborhood vibe. The bartender knew some people by name or face, but everyone was welcomed with open arms. The bill for was about $45, which is pretty standard nowadays. The pizza was very reasonable ($18), which was awesome. There are slot machines in the corner for all the eager gamblers. Next time I'll try the burgers!

The pizza and chicken wings are a must. However, their menu had bunch of items that I really want to try. I cannot ride and not mention the bar service. My server Jess was amazing. She was attentive but not hovering and annoying. Had very good personality and I loved talking football with her.
