To solve the blandness of the bistec, I doused it with birria sauce and it became its very own delicious taco. There's no searing indoors but only one small table outside if you must have a sit down option so order from here with the expectation that it's a "take out joint". Today, it took 30 minutes during lunch time to get the tacos completed. Maybe we can try coming back on a different day and it might be quicker. We also tried the tamarind juice - it wasnt as strong as I would have liked it but at least the option is there. I would come back for the tacos. I hope they stay consistent enough.
