I ordered two quesabirria but when I picked up my order the man working there gave me two orders of quesabirria tacos. I told him I specifically ordered two tacos only that he never mentioned 3 came in one order. I told him that's fine I will take one order but he refused to refund me for the other order. I kindly told him I did not want to pay for something I wasn't going to eat that it was on him for not telling me 3 came in an order. All he said was I'm sorry I can't do anything about it. So I asked to speak to his a manger and he said she said I could not get a refund. At this point I was already frustrated because they wanted me to pay for something I didn't want. So when I told him I did not want anything he then quickly called his manager and was super mad. He snatched the food from my hand so aggressively and handed me the receipt with my refund. Tacos Los Juanes is a great stopping place for a quick Mexican meal. Located in the shopping center across Bush St. from South Valley Community Church. Counter ordering was simple with overhead menus and a knowledgeable staff person to guide you if you have questions. I even learned what "Mulitas" are.. My Birria tacos were delicious and were loaded with delectable beef. My wife was very pleased with her chicken taco. Furnished in nice "fast food" style, and very clean, it felt good to eat inside and spend some time relaxing before our church service would begin across the street. This place hits the spot. A great quick place to eat with lots of flavor. I always get the 3 taco plate with beans and rice. It feels me up and the price point is perfect. The ladies that work the front and serve the food have always been professional and polite. The service is great here. The tables and floor are always clean. It's very clean inside with a lot of tables. Juanes Trio Fajitas - the chicken and beef was a bit over cooked, but the shrimp was crunchy and flavorful. Been going to tacos Los Juanes for 10 years. Some times it's great some times ok. Last 2 times not good at all. We been going to the new location since they opened and the food is not consistent. We had a burrito supreme with lettuce and Must of had a half a cup of sour cream inside way too much. Also I never did have one with lettuce. The tacos have been dry best part was the onion and cilantro it's not saying much. We had a chile relleno tonight first time in my life I seen one served without sauce on top. Always hit this spot in Lemoore when I drive out to Tachi Casino. Good old Mexican food served fresh!! Highly recommend the red Chiliqueles with eggs over easy plate. The great thing about this place. Is they have Mexican fruit drinks such as watermelon, Tamarindo. Handmade tortillas and chips and salsa (you will need to pay extra for the Chip's). Another great mom and pop losing its charm. I can't attribute this one to a move to a bigger building though. It's purely hit and miss due to the freshness of the food. When it's fresh the tacos are easily 8/10 when it's not, it's a horrible disappointment. I'm talking old tough and literally leather texture inedible corn tortillas and stale meat.
