7/6/26: Update: Tried the Carne asada fries, TOTAL FAIL! Fries no flavor, meat is SOOOOO DRRRRRYYYY that I almost thought it was ground beef. 7/4/26: First time trying this place out. Moved here from San Diego about a year and a half a half ago. 5 star for now. Other Mexican foods I've tried around here don't compare. Taste is on point. Great flavors. So much food too. I only ate half and took the rest home. I enjoyed them a second time. Definitely will be going back. We had to run some errands in hanford on our way back home we decided to stop by this place for some tacos. Let me start by saying the ladies that waited on our table were very courteous. That's about all I can say that was good about our experience at this establishment. I ordered 4 tacos and the meat was so dry and had absolutely zero flavor and left an almost soapy after taste The salsa they provide with the chips is very watered down as well. Perhaps we just visited on an off day or something, I don't know....but I can tell you this we will NOT be going back to that restaurant. Their first impression on us was not worth going back. Today we had dinner here Valle Grullense. The food really has good flavor. I had the taco de tripa, it's a plus that the waitress asked how I would like it cooked. I like mine doradas. The tortillas was hand made and the salsa she brought with it made the taco taste really good. My husband had the chile verde wet burrito and half green/red sauce on top. Both sauces had a truly traditional Mexican flavor. The wet burrito was amazing. My son had a fish taco and that was also good. It was cooked perfectly and not overly breaded. I give this place 5 stars. They have a bar also and I seen on Thursday's they have some drink specials. Good atmosphere and TV are not too loud. Waitress are very attentive. I should have taken a photo of our food but it was so good we ate it all. read more

My wife works nearby and wanted to grab lunch with me so we decided to try Valle Grullense Bar & Grill in Lemoore... it's a newer spot and we hadn't been before. Service was good... food was decent... and the place seemed clean. I didn't take many pictures because we were kind of in a hurry and honestly I don't even remember exactly what we ordered, but I can tell you I didn't have any complaints. Based on that I'd say give it a try... it's a local business and not a chain... and I'll always say support small businesses when you can... they take better care of the community than the big chains do. read more

Came here for a weekday happy hour party of 2. This is a big space with plenty of seating both tables and booths as well as a bar. We ordered margaritas, chicken nachos, and a carnitas plate. The food was really good everything was hot and fresh and the prices were reasonable. Im disappointed it wasn't actually guacamole on the nachos just blended up avocado, it irks me when people advertise guacamole and it's not actually guacamole. The margarita was ok. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the service was lacking. There were long waiting periods throughout our meal although it was pretty empty inside I believe because she was handling multiple sections. We had to wait about 10 min for her to come into the area to flag her down for more salsa and had to wait 15 min for our check. Once you have your check you pay at the front. Overall I'd definitely come back because the food & pricing was good just hope the customer service is a little better. read more

Judging from the past several incarnations of this building as several styles of restaurants, all having past into history, VG is taking a risk in my opinion. The building has always had an awkward "feel" about it - never a comforting one. Lay out? High ceilings? I'm not sure, but it is definitely there. The food was average. My chili relleno was good but way off standard - that being no cheese filling, and the poblano chile unseeded and covered with good tasting chili verde. It was very tasty but not the chili relleno I was looking for. My shrimp taco was so wet with something. It immediately fell apart when I tried to pick it up. The shrimp were well overcooked and dry very tough. Others in our party stated their in-deveined shrimp also were tough and overcooked. My wife's choice of stuffed shrimp with rice and beans was "okay" , but there was no stuffing inside. The waitress said the cheese runs out of the shrimp during cooking. Service was pleasant. Maybe these are just bugs that still need to be worked out and I really hope so. Meanwhile VG B&G Lemoore is not calling me back read more

1/22/24 Getting lunch for tomorrow! Shredded chicken burrito bowl ordered and shrimp ceviche tostada ordered with extra hot sauce on the side. The worker was nice and said she would see me in 20 minutes. Arrived, greeted and let worker know. Order ready and received after paying for it! Nice restaurant. Calm & low key. 1/23/25 Lunchtime! Plenty to split and I have leftovers! Really GREAT shredded chicken burrito bowl! Fresh veggies, avocado, shredded chicken seasoned & GREAT, tasty rice and great tortilla chips too. They included Tapatio to spice it up! Makes it even better! Shrimp ceviche was fresh & DELICIOUS! Lots of flavor! Even better with the crackers, Tapatio & salsa! We are so happy they have a location in Lemoore now. This is one of my favorite local sit down to be served Mexican restaurants. The new location is clean and really large. Seems like it would be a great place to host a birthday party or any type of party. They have plenty of room for large groups. The food is very flavorful and delicious. This is decent California authentic Mexican food. The Hanford location really sets the bar high for flavor and taste,but we enjoyed our dishes. The chips and salsa were bomb too! As soon as we walked in we were greeted. We did not have a long wait at all for our food. Our server was very nice and checked on us multiple times. All the staff seemed very kind and welcoming. this is for the lemoore location. went to the place to have breakfast and wanted eggs, bacon, rice, and beans. i know this is a mexican food, the waitress said this was not mexican food i said what. we want that in a combo and she said it don't come in a combo. then i told her bacon to be extra crisp. so when the food came out. the rice and beans were cold and the bacon was not crisp at all. then order a steak taco with cheese and no cheese on it. the waitress said well we didn't charge you for cheese and i told her you need to give what the customer orders. then she was quite. i will not go back this was the first time there and my last time there. the cooks need to do better too. read more

Food and service are best in a small group. Groups more than 4 you will get the wrong order or they will forget about your meal completely. I love the food when I'm in a smaller group. The items are reasonably priced, but please improve on service when tending to larger groups. read more

We came in for dinner on Saturday, July 5th, with a party of 6 and waited 30 minutes for someone--anyone--to take our order. Our assigned waitress never returned after initially greeting us, and no one else stepped in to help. After waiting half an hour with no service, we got up and let the cashier know before leaving. Her response? A casual "Okay," as if this was normal. The restaurant wasn't even busy, which made the lack of attention and urgency even more frustrating. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. The Molcajete was a complete disappointment !! it came out cold (I could touch it with my hand), the chorizo was hard, the cactus was cold, and the meat, chicken, and shrimp were smothered in mozzarella cheese instead of queso fresco.
