I was in Enumclaw and stoped at Taqueria El Corral food truck for some lengua tacos. I ordered and they gave me this electronic device that started to beep when food was done. As far as tongue meat, I wish it was little bit more flavorful. The tacos were good and green sauce bit to spicy but not bad. If I was in the area again, I would eat there again. read more

Ordered tacos and burritos and torta to sample the menu based on popular reviews. Everything was disappointing to say the least. There is an up charge for asada steak which is usually the default meat option and it was just very savory. The most disappointing was the Subpar salsas that had no flavor. I can't believe it's another cheat day. I'm starting to think everyday is a cheat day. Fantastic tacos, we had the pollo, asada, lengua, and pork. All were fantastic. The pollo a la cream was very tasty, portion was right on point. They have crispy tacos too, but only in chicken. Or at least that's what they gave us, don't sleep on the crispy tacos. Went here with my mom because I was craving something not from a restaurant. We pull up and the woman who took our order was super friendly and nice. We waited about 5 minutes and our 4 tacos adobada, carnitas, and our carne asada burrito are ready. We also get a nifty frequent buyer card. At home I crack open the tinfoil wrapped Styrofoam plate (as it should be) and dive into my adobada tacos. Yum yum yum yum yum. The red salsa is super spicy, so seriously, watch out. I ate some of the carnitas and that was delicious as well. If you have a craving for authentic Mexican food, then this place is serious business and hit the spot for a San Diego native transplanted in Enumclaw. Delicious. read more

I'm from Phoenix, and it's perplexed me my whole life that the farther away you get from Mexico, the worse the Mexican food gets, even when it's made by Mexicans. It makes no sense, because the ingredients are readily available, and it's not that hard to make. The taco trucks in this part of the country have the best Mexican food, better than the restaurants. Taqueria el Corral is a good one. I'm not sure why the trucks never have potatoes, a necessary ingredient for one of my favorites, the Beans/Cheese/Potatoes/Chorizo - no-eggs-in-the-chorizo Burrito, but apart from that, these trucks get the job done. The carne asada at this truck is especially good, and the service is friendly. Don't be scared, pull in and get some tacos! read more

The customer service is awful. I always special order my food because I am allergic to avacados, and I don't eat onions or cilantro. Every time I try to order from here they mess up my order. Last time this happened I asked them to remake my food and they said no becuase i would be happy with it anyways, then proceeded to take the food back from me and didn't even give me a full refund. stay away from here. read more
