By 5:30pm they were sold out of chicken. I can say that is great for them to sell but the planning is not great. If you sell that much chicken please carry more. The flavors are pretty good for what you would expect of a food truck. The burritos were smaller than normal food trucks but good for what you should normally eat. Decided to try them since their music is so loud, I figured the food had to be good so here it is...Tuesday night...3 of us wanted tacos and two each usually does it at most places, even del taco, so we figured 5 should cover it. Abso-freakin-lutely not! I am an insanely slow eater, I don't like to take big bites because I like to enjoy my food...these tacos are so small you can fold them into one bite! and totally flat with a quarter-teaspoon of crumbs of beef and a few pieces of cheese I think. The two of us have given up our tacos for the third person...we are gonna tell them we already ate and the 5 tacos are all theirs. Was Just Passing by I was driving home when I came across Taqueria El Sol food truck and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I found this little gem . The food is delicious and wallet friendly. On this stop I ordered the Carnitas tacos and they were exceptional, probably some of the best Carnita tacos I've had in a while. The meat is juicy, flavorful and dripping with jus and these tacos are packed with meat, no skimping at this place. You could easily demolish a whole plate of these tacos without much effort. The tacos were bland, the meat was greasy and fatty and the green chile burrito felt like it was not seasoned enough. Tacos rip easily since it's only one tortilla. No grilled onions the sauce wasn't even tu at great either. So tasteles. Idk what people are tasting but not this one.
