The bar is directly at the entrance, and they seemed to have gotten busy just shortly after we arrived. He seemed like he wasn't very experienced at the bar, and after observing for awhile we realized that everyone in the restaurant seemed to be wearing all hats. Seating, serving, tending bar, ect. I think they could definitely benefit from some structured responsibilities for the individuals on staff- you know what they say- jack of all trades but master of none. At the end of the day, our drinks were okay, but we watched them pour one directly out of a can. They also didn't ask if we wanted blended margaritas or on Ice, so I guess next time I should plan to specify.
