    Two tacos, a la carte.
    Paul R.

Stopped by for my first visit to get a couple of tacos. First of all, very pleased to be able to get just tacos, not a plate covered in rice and beans with some tacos on the side. The a la carte price here is a tad over three dollars per taco. The ingredients here are good, and the 'fixins' that are provided are excellent. Why just 'ok' for a review? Well, I took what was handed to me and pretty much attacked it immediately, yet the tortillas used simply could not hold up one bit and both tacos feel completely apart into a goulash of food on the plate. I didn't have any utensils so I had to eat everything by pretending it was Ethiopian food and meant to be scooped up with fingers. Alas, I was in business suit so this was not optimal. Was the food good? It was better than okay, but not great, definitely not wow. The meet needed more flavor, and in fact the entire experience was more bland than memorable. It's definitely acceptable food truck fare, but maybe you will find it better served in a bowl and with a fork than eaten as tacos.

I was heading to chipotle when I noticed this taco truck in a gas station parking lot next door. It was BUSY, so I figured it must be good! The birria burrito blew me away! It's saucy and grilled to perfection. There were some chunks of fatty pieces I could do without but the meat taste so flavorful and fresh. The chicken burrito is just okay, in my opinion. The chicken is grilled and sort of dry - I prefer it shredded. 5 stars for the birria though! Ask for extra salsa - they give you a tiny side if you don't ask.

This is easily a top taco truck in the North Seattle area. They have everything you could want. If you're scared of trying something new, get that burrito. Or maybe you're feeling a little adventurous today and want a lengua torta?? They also have gyros and fries there, because why not?! It felt like the only way to give this truck a fair shake was to try a variety of tacos. So I got the asada, chorizo, mix, and lengua. I wish I got at least two more because they were so good, but 4 is plenty to be full. I couldn't be happier that these guys are setting up shop in Wallingford, because they sit head and shoulders above the rest of the Mexican food in the 45th Street / Wallingford area. I will absolutely be a repeat customer to have these elite tacos and try more of their menu. The incredibly flavorful meats sets these tacos apart. I'm pretty sure they are using tortillas out of a bag, which I don't have an issue with. But they cook them on the grill to give them a nice texture which is huge. You don't want those corn tortillas that are waving at you when you take a bite. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it.

3.5. Solid taco truck in the area with a large menu. Hit or miss experience in terms of service. Service and food is different every visit. I appreciate there is plenty of parking next to the gas station making this location convenient and easy to get to. I also love they give limes y jalapeño. It's not my go to or favorite stand but it's not a bad option if I need a bite late night in the area.

Super friendly staff Wait was a lil long cuz they have a lot of delivery orders They turned the lights on so that's nice it's not just in a sketch gas station Food is decent- have had better tacos / burritos but it's not overly salted and feels light and healthy

In L.A., where I was born and raised, delicious Mexican food and tacos are plentiful and easy to find. In Seattle, it's gotten steadily better each year since I moved here in 2000, but it's still very scarce and hit or miss. Taqueria Juarez is a legit taco truck located at the Shell Gas Station on 45th in the Wallingford neighborhood. I think it's a nice addition to the neighborhood which is in need of more diverse options in its food and cheap eats scene.

Continuing my hunt for good tacos in Seattle and found Taqueria Juarez. Coming from LA, good street tacos are hard to come by in Seattle but I think I'll become a regular here! They have a variety of meats including ones that are not as common but are my favorite (tripa and lengua). We got the tacos but they also have burritos, mulitas, sopes, etc. The best thing about these tacos are the homemade tortillas which were slightly crispy and complemented the tripa so well! They give you salsa but I really wish they had an actual salsa bar outside to complete the experience. I will definitely be back!

    Asada Greek Fries
    Tai D.

Food trucks at the gas station are great, right? Their tacos are pretty good but I think the winner was the Asada Greek fries. It takes a moment to be made but you can chill to their music and it's worth the wait. These fries do not disappoint.

Dry tamales... dry pulled pork and dry shredded chicken no salsa included. Terrible but I haven't had a good tamale in Seattle yet

Dry ass tamales no salsa. Terrible. Can anyone make a tamale in this town?....................................

I headed to this street on an errand with the thought of stopping by Dicks afterwards, but the music at this taco truck drew me in. The counter person was friendly and described the menu items to me. The food is great. A little too spicy for my palate but that didn't mean I stopped eating!

    Menu

The food here was pretty good, I honestly have had better chicken quesadillas elsewhere. The asada fries were pretty disappointing as the "asada" was just unseasoned ground beef, no toppings, just cheese, meat, and garlic sauce for $12, they also have to be made to order which takes 15 mins. They also offer no drinks, mind you it is in a gas station parking lot so you can get a drink but it would be nice to have a mexican coke. I probably won't be back here but its good in a crunch. There is also no seating so you have to eat in your car.

Holy hell on earth. My life partner (platonic) and I came here tonight after having a full sushi dinner. As I'm sure most of you have experienced, sushi can never quite satisfy my hunger in the way I need it to without having to pull out money from my 401k. Fortunately, we found Taqueria Juarez on our way home. And I now realize I know what they mean when they talk about fate. I'll say a few things and leave you to get in your car and break some laws to get here as fast as humanly possible to experience what I have experienced here tonight: 1. Their chicken melted in our mouths. Buttery. Elegant. Timeless. 2. Their goddamn Mulitas dude. Can't even think em without tearing up a bit. 3. I'm gonna hold your hand as I tell you this- but they make their own tortillas. I hope to god I see you all here soon because I will very quickly become this establishment's main source of income no doubt.

However, it still tasted like it had a really nice flavor, and had a soft interior. It being actually spicy would've moved this dish up a lot, though each taco was primarily made out of this chicken - and there was so much of it it was practically insane - but I loved this amount shoutout to the onions as well - they were great I asked for the habanero sauce - which i thought was ok - wasn't spicy at all and didn't add much flavor. will go with another sauce next time tried mixing in some taco bell fire sauce which was interesting i love that these came wrapped in aluminium foil to preserve heat. a great touch overall, as far as taste, these were pretty good, but when you consider the amount of meat you're getting, along with overall portion size - it's simply a fantastic meal.

For a street taco, they load it up with meat. It's a very traditional taco, so just carnitas, onions, and cilantro on a tortilla.
