The service was a bit disjointed, but it was probably due to a few staff members absent, which could be family, as one reviewer noted earlier, that it is truly a family run restaurant. With that said, we had our meals delivered within a reasonable time. The restaurant looked clean, but a few spaces within could use some attention, as in tidy up a bit. My wife and I both gave it a thumbs up compared to the Mexican restaurant that is downtown. We would return again when we're at this end of town.

Recently they changed the menu, and my usual order disappeared. Now the first hibachi option requires selecting two entrees, yet chicken isn't even listed as an option. The last two times I ordered the "new" hibachi chicken menu item, it came with noticeably less rice and no vegetables compared to what I had ordered consistently for years. So with today's order, I politely added a note asking them to please fix the menu issue and explained that I wasn't happy with the reduced portions after the menu change. I even stated that I was completely willing to pay more for the original meal I had been ordering all this time. Instead of trying to help, I received a phone call from a man who initially refused to give his name, but later identified himself as Luis. From the very beginning he was hostile and argumentative, insisting that I had "been ordering from the kids menu" this whole time -- despite the fact that nowhere on DoorDash does that item say "kids menu." At that point, I told him to cancel the order because when someone is immediately hostile and insulting, I absolutely do not want them handling my food. Congratulations, Luis. You earned this review.
