I've been a loyal customer for 5+ years since they were in Allapattah on 12 ave NW 29st. Authentic mexican food, family owned business with excellent service. They are now located in a small plaza on 7st nw 19 ave. I do recommend giving them a call to place your order as it does get packed (peak time 9pm - closing) or if there's a Marlins game, call before 9pm. They are also available on Ubereats. The parking situation is a little messy so I usually park by the river on the side. I always order the burrito and the tacos. Very delicious and fresh! The pictures doesn't do justice but its waaay better than other local food trucks and taco bell (duh LOL). They put a good amount of food and give you toppings on the side (pico de gallo, salsa, raddish, limes, and avocado sauce). Their elotes are also good! They accept card and cash. One of my go-to spots for cheap tacos! I always get the carnitas and they come on a double tortilla. This is a family owned restaurant and I love seeing them go from their food truck to this new spot and maybe one day a restaurant :) I love their salsa options and how everything is really fresh and set up in front of you. My friend and I were looking for a taqueria, we went to one in calle 8 but it was closed, I did my Yelp search and we ended up here. There was a huge line when we first arrived. I was a little confused about the "line" because there was none but there were about 20 people outside waiting for their order. So, even though I was there, I decided to call and place my order to make it easier for me. I suggest you to call 10-15 mins prior arriving, it makes the job easier for them and you as well. They prepare stuff quick, after 15 mins the place looked empty. I got tacos de pollo and also tacos de chorizo, an elote and a pepsi. Those tacos though. First, all the stuff that they put on top tastes fresh. The chicken and chorizo were both well seasoned. If I go back, I will go with the chorizo ones instead of chicken. The chorizo flavor along with the stuff they put on top (onions, cilantro, pico de gallo and pepino) makes it rich in flavor. The elote was also amazing. The corn itself was soft and the sour cream and cheese make a great combination. I totally recommend it. I will be back for sure. My second time coming here and it reminded me that I need to start coming here more. I ordered tacos al pastor and an esquite con todo and let me just say that it was more than delicious. I had 5 tacos and I genuinely considered driving back to get more. The guy at the front Edwin was extremely kind and helpful, he was also super welcoming and you can tell he loves doing what he does. I got there and ordered and it took about 15ish minutes to get the food. This is definitely one of my new favorite taco places AND i love the way they do their esquites/ elotes it reminds me of childhood. I would to start off by saying I don't speak a lick of Spanish and google failed me. The entire menu is in Spanish, and what I thought I knew, I didn't. I ordered via the Yelp app, 3 Tacos Campechanos, thinking they were shrimp. When I get to the place, I say "I'm here to pick up an order of 3 shrimp tacos." I'm from NY and visiting Miami for a few days. I found this place on Yelp because I wanted late night food and not much was open. I pulled into the parking lot and a police officer guided me to a designated parking spot. I guess they have an organized system for customers and such. I ordered two al pastor tacos, two chorizo tacos, and a can of soda. Total came out to $9.63 and I got to pay with credit card, which is a nice bonus. I wasn't expecting much, but these tacos were amazing. Tasted very fresh and the meat was well-marinated. They give you a bunch of limes to squeze onto the tacos. Can't really find the words to describe in further detail but they were just fresh and very flavorful. The al pastor was crazyyyyy. The chorizo was also very satisfying, but not as good as the al pastor. At $2 a piece, it can't get much cheaper. You really can't ask for much else from a food truck. I thought the service was good too. The dude who took my order and the guy who dressed the tacos for me didn't speak English, but were friendly enough and got the job done. If you you're looking for a spot with great Mexican tacos/burritos/quesadillas at great prices and that's open late this is your spot. I ordered all three variations with three different meats (steak, pork, chicken) my favorite had to be the pork/al pastor. I would also recommend getting the pork with tacos as that's really what they're famous for. I really enjoyed the great customer service and the fact they had a security guard during their late hours. The one draw back is that this place is heavily visited so parking may be a little tough but not enough to drive you away. Be very careful when ordering from this restaurant! I ordered tacos and an Horchata via Postmates. The tacos were decent. They could've tasted better if not for the burnt pieces of meat in each taco that were basically solid as a rock. To make things worse, I took a sip from my drink and halfway through, I couldn't sip anymore because something got stuck on my straw. I checked inside the cup, and there's a piece of plastic which looks like it may have come from a grocery bag of some sort. What if I would've swallowed this piece of plastic? We ordered these our first night in Miami. We had a variety of tacos but they were all mediocre. Also I know this is not an actual restaurant, but none of the tacos were labeled. Since we ordered about 15 tacos it was hard to know which one was spicy and which one was not. At the end we realized the spice levels we ordered didn't matter - all tacos were made mild. The flavor of the taco itself was lacking. But they came with pico and some cheese. They also put in 2 sauces - a light green creamy (mild) and a darker green watery (spicy). The elote could have used more spice and flavor, one star rating specifically for the corn. It just tasted like only corn and mayonnaise with some cheese on top. read more

The location is very strange, but not uncommon for a Mexican spot in Miami. The esquite (elotes in a cup) were not good at all. The corn is canned corn... confirmed with the worker there and it was quite obvious. The juices from the can were at the bottom of the cup so the spices and seasonings are just watered down. Would not recommend trying that at all. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because this review is based on the corn, and not the tacos or other menu items. The service isn't the best - the worker fixing our order was not friendly, looked upset the entire time and did not smile once. read more

I live up near Philly and it's really hard to find decent tacos . On a recent weekend visit to Miami I was riding through the neighborhood and looked up these guys on yelp . I decided to stop and check them out and let me tell you I'm sure glad I did. I could smell the goodness as I was about a block away from their food cooking . I ordered two Carne Asada tacos and one Pastor and a Burrito just to try it out . The owner was very friendly and it was pretty cool to just be able to sit there and watch them make everything right out in front of you . You can see them dress up your tacos with any salsas or extra stuff that you might want they will ask you if you want it hot or on the side with the spicy stuff . I chose to have my spicy on the tacos . Let me tell you I was super happy when I got this back to my hotel. I figured I would probably eat a taco or two and half of the burrito but I ended up eating it all it was so good LOL . Next time I am in town I will definitely stop back by and grab more good stuff from these guys . read more

They used to be located somewhere else and then moved and I was desperate to find them again and I thankfully found there truck again. Do not get alarmed at the location. I go here a couple of times a week sometimes. I go when I am craving a late snack and most places on the weekday are closed, this is my go to place. I feel safe here at any time at night. The service is fast although you might find yourself making a line because its good food. Its manage by a couple of guys, they are all very nice. They have tacos, quesadillas, tortas (sandwiches), elotes (corn), horchata (natural drink), jarritos (mexican flavor soda). Its truly an authentic Mexican food. The best tacos I have tried EVER!!!! My favorite are the al pastor (pork). I do not know what they do to the meat that makes it so tasty and full of flavor. They have corn tortillas and flour tortillas for your preference. They add a green sauce, cucumbers, cilantro, and if you want a spicy sauce. The corn is also one of my favorite, they add butter, cheese and chili to it.
