This place was a little expensive and not worth the price in my opinion. The chicken fajitas I ordered had way too much h tomato and onion and not enough chicken to be priced so high. The people working there were nice and fixed one of my orders free of charge after making an error. Order # : 19672 You order at the counter and the server will send your order to your table. I ordered the Lengua Taco ($2.00), and Tripa Taco ($2.75). The server, her name is Alejandra. Yes, this is one of the Largest establishment we have been to, throughout our Taco Tour that afternoon. This establishment can fit a big group since they have alot more seating areas. While waiting for our food order to be ready, we opt to seat at the booths near to the entrance. At that hour there are many more patrons dining in mostly being the Hispanic community. Is this a good sign? I do hope so. This establishment is my least favorite in terms of the "ambiance" because for one, the aircon in this establishment was either broken or its too humid aka TOO Hot, eating inside for my liking. I was "glowing too much" while having my tacos in this establishment. They have a salsa bar, which is good in my books. However, the Salsa that they provide ARE NOT Spicy enough for my taste bud. Though I cannot deny, I am a little confused why there was also a container containing CHILI OIL at the Salsa Bar. Hmmm, curious, curious curious... When you received your Tacos order, its wrapped up in a parchement paper just like a "burrito" or a tamale. It was brought out with disposable paper plates. Hmm, I wonder why? Inside the Tacos, there are also the raw onions, dice tomatoes and cilantro. This time around, I also like the Tripa Taco way better than the Lengua Taco. The Tripa has more flavor while the Lengua was just "Meh". The portion size is on a smaller scale as compared to the other 2 Taco Establishments I have been to from this Taco Tour. The amount of meat was not as much, as I was hoping for. (*Sad Face*) Furthermore, the Tacos de Lengua was $2.00, while the Tacos de Tripas was $2.75. (*More Sad Face*) The parking space available is limited and some of the Yelpers opt to park their vehicle along the streets. A friend told me that Taqueria Mi Pueblo is her fav, go-to Mexican restaurant so we gave it a try. I'm so glad we did! After parking in the convenient lot just north of the building we went in to the cute, colorful, restaurant. You order your food and they bring it to you. We ordered smothered steak burritos, cheese enchilada, guacamole. The steak burrito was the best I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The steak (it was either skirt or flank steak) was abundant, tender, and delicious, and wrapped in a home made flour tortilla. The green chili was perfect! not too spicy, but with a warm personality. It was served with refried beans and rice. What a treat! The enchiladas were smothered in red sauce and were just great. A few onions in the cheese, tender but not soggy corn tortillas. The guacamole was good but we needed to boost the flavor with salsa and lime. I'm looking forward to going again soon and trying some of their other items. I really like the food for this establishment but they are doing things wrong. I've bing coming here for years and they are starting to charge for everything....that's some of the problem understanding everything going on, but even the service the servers give's sucks...compared to post COVID I really hate how much shit has changed. The salsa is measured...the Chile oil isn't free anymore, not even the onions are free. I asked a sever for some containers so I can take some onion and she said it's all packed in my to go as she assumed I wanted more salsa to go. I ordered a hole chicken before and it's usually a lot but I have gotten less and less every time order a hole chicken. Idk I'm giving up on this establishment and it really hurts my feelings. For the last and final stop of our taco tour, we hit up Taqueria Mi Pueblo! For tacos, I ordered the barbacoa and the carne asade, while my partner ordered the pollo. Somehow our order got mixed up and I ended up with a barbacoa and a pollo, while my partner had the carne asade. He ate it before I had the chance to discover that my second taco was the pollo, but he said that the carne was pretty tasty. The barbacoa here was a little too salty for my taste, but was appetizing none the less. The pollo was the real superstar of the two tacos here! Not only was the taco jam packed with freshly cooked and shredded white meat chicken, it was surprisingly really juicy and dense! It had a great flavor that stood on its own without the addition of any salsa. I've been coming here for years, even though I always stick out. I grew up in eastern Colorado and always had authentic Mexican food. This place is the closest I had found to what I'm accustomed to. Unfortunately on my most recent visit, the service was bad enough that I won't come back. What I ordered was not what was rung up, and of course what was on my receipt was more expensive. When I pointed this out to the girl at the cash register she insisted that was what I had to pay. I pointed out exactly on their sign where it said the price of what I ordered, and their reply was "that sign is wrong". The only difference I can think of between this and my many other visits here, was that this time I chose to speak only english.
