In my mind, if lasagna doesn't have the bechamel, there's no way I'm going to like it lol I went with their traditional lasagna (their truffle was sold out :/, gotta get there earlier next time) and it was delicious. Heating was simple, 3 minutes in the microwave at 50% power. The noodles were buttery soft, the bechamel was tasty, and overall one of the tastiest lasagna I've ever had. My only regret was that I didn't buy more. The portion size was perfect my big appetite. It's one of those dishes that I would love to have on hand when I'm feeling too lazy to cook. They are at various farmers markets in the Peninsula and South Bay, highly recommend dropping by if you are looking for affordable, tasty, homemade, and authentic Italian food!
